Just lost in court to TB Penick the jury decided that incompetent management was not discrimination TB Penick should look into this problem (90 day rule that is taken for granted)so it does the right thing along with being fair to persons with disabilities BTW the jury believed that Mark Rodrigues was untruthful in court this type of employee gives a black eye to a good company ,the juries decision would have still been the same if he had told the truth as they believed my statements that I had worked for T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc If I hadn't told them I had a disability I wouldn't have been let go for being over the 90 day rule how the jury could ignore this is beyond comprehension
