The worst hospital I've ever been in. 7h I waited ...

The worst hospital I've ever been in. 7h I waited yesterday for a diagnosis in severe condition and a strong fever, unable to lift. I was after a whole day of waiting accepted with lobar pneumonia with metastasis to the pleura and enlarged spleen. The internist doctor favored fairy tales with the best care, new renovated rooms. In the meantime, it turns out that there are no vacancies and I am treated for SORA, 15 people waiting for a bed in front of me. People treated even in the corridors. Stink, noise all day, no showering, drafts everywhere, terribly rude staff. Toilet - no words, stench of old urine and door not closing by which two people in a minute have the opportunity to see how I express a physiological need. In the morning on the change it turned out that another doctor leads me - so I ask you doctor when I move to the room, and if there are no places, will they give me a referral to another hospital where the place is waiting for me, only referral. The only thing that she suggested to me with a malicious smile on my face is that the elderly are waiting longer for bed and that I can unsubscribe on demand and seek happiness elsewhere. Zero help in need of the sick. Embarrassment. Total neglect, dirty everywhere. In the end, I wrote off on demand because there are no conditions for treating people.

And I have very good memories of delivery. Everything was super organized, wonderful and helpful midwives, they supported me at every turn. All pain relief methods, shower, ball, gas and ZOP were available. Mr. anesthesiologist great, very positive attitude to the patient, as soon as he entered the room, he immediately knew that he was in good hands. Postnatal care is also great, nice and clean rooms, nurse also helpful. To sum up, everything at the highest level As great for me, I recommend

Thank you very much for the wonderful medical care of her husband in the Trauma Orthopedic Ward. Thanks are due to all the staff for warmth and sensitivity and for the "human face of the hospital".
I will keep Gda sk in a grateful memory.

I do not agree with the opinions below, I will be treated in accordance with applicable standards. Yes, the conditions are not like those of American movies, but by God it's probably not the hospital staff's fault that the hospitals are overcrowded and there are no places.
And it seems to me that the hospital is inefficient by such people who come with states that are not sudden and could confidently go to the family doctor.
Tick? Really? Embarrassment. Act like a boy who got hurt. I am a layman, but it seems that every bite is associated with the possibility of getting Lyme disease. Pathetic
From what I've seen, try their best and praise them for it.
Each of them is exhausted, just read on the forums to find out how many hours they work - 400 hours is the norm for worse, if not for those sleepy and exhausted people this whole system would become inefficient.

Last Thursday I had endometrial polyps removed at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Ward. I wanted to thank you for your kindness and friendly service. I am very impressed with the work of ladies nurses and doctors. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It is known that a visit to the hospital is associated with stress, but the approach to the patient took me very much. Everyone was friendly and polite. Everything was explained and examined in detail. I was treated as it is said "humanly" which I am very happy with and I decided to share my opinion with others, all the more so because I have recently had contact with a private dermatological clinic in Bydgoszcz and they are far from professional service staff from the Hospital of St. Adalbert. One more time thank you for everything.

The worst medical facility you can imagine, there ...

The worst medical facility you can imagine, there are insensitive creatures working there, medical care in the camps during the war was better than there, making an elderly person wait 6 hours in the corridor just to get an x-ray. They don't care about patients and their condition, they don't respect their time, and they are simply inhuman. The medical staff sit in an empty room and puff while waiting for the shift to end. It is simply terrible that they treat a human being

Despite the complicated case related to the pandemic, I was treated very well by reporting to the SOR in Zaspa in Gda sk, for which I am very grateful. There was no unnecessary delay and sending for tests, I was just taken my temperature and made a quick interview. Thank you for taking the matter seriously and for your work and help

Death house. Doctors lazy and indifferent. Nurses different, a lot of arrogant and with a stick in the butt. They lost my mother's ID card, we did not even hear an apology. Me, in turn, with a sprained, blue and swollen leg, the doctor sent on foot to make X-ray floor above. He was very surprised when I said I could not make it and asked for a cart.

Getting to this hospital's registration is quite a challenge. You can hang on the line for hours if someone picks up this miracle. The hospital is very neglected, sometimes it is fear to walk down the corridor not to get caught in the cables protruding from the walls. Place completely unfriendly for the elderly. The only hospital + is the staff, and not all of them.

I came for night and Christmas care in order to check if my condition would be worse and that I would receive a prescription or indication of which medicine to buy.
Unfortunately, at the reception I learned that you had to wait 4 hours, because the doctor goes to home visits.
A Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 28 June 2017 amending the Regulation on guaranteed services in the field of basic healthcare (B. Night and Holiday Health Care provided in the place of residence and stay of the beneficiary, Part II, points 1 and 2) organization benefits of night and holiday health care provided at the place of residence or stay of the recipient may not result in limiting the availability of services.

That is why I am asking if I may also unlawfully enter the Emergency Room now asking if I will also be refused there because the doctor went on a private visit.

I never called an ambulance, yesterday my stomach ached so much, I almost lost consciousness. I called twice and did not want to come. They said that I should come alone or call a taxi. If I could come by myself, I would do it. The worst hospital. I waited 6 hours in the emergency department and saw how doctors and nurses treat patients, worse than animals. The worst for older people and foreigners. Such a big hospital in a city like Gda sk, and its employees behave like racists. The hospital owner should be ashamed that he has such employees.

Avoid the emergency department from a distance. Mom came to them in August. In brief. For 7 hours they only did ECGs and morphologies. Sick? Very. such tests can be done in 15 minutes at the clinic. They didn't even do a chest x-ray. One test was enough to find out that my mother had a tumor in her lung. Unfortunately, in the card of the disease it was that he suffers from heart disease, then they did not look for the causes of ill health, because what for. Healthy. Excursion. Next.
It will require so little to save someone's health and life.

Maternity ward ... I heard good opinions from my f...

Maternity ward ... I heard good opinions from my friends, so I decided to give birth in this hospital. The delivery room is ok, the midwife delivering the child is ok. The doctor who was present at the birth pierced the fetal bladder with her dilation examination ... The gentleman who stitched the fracture after natural childbirth did not know how to go about it ... But the maternity ward was the biggest disappointment. I found myself in the C wing, the unfinished one. The conditions themselves cried out to heaven for vengeance. Trying to change my position on the bed, I probably woke up the whole hospital, and in the bathroom the ladies get to know each other as the Lord made them. As one of the few after natural childbirth, I felt like a freak of nature. The midwives assumed that I should run and do my own thing, because that's how it usually works. I had the impression that women after cesarean were cared for better. Nobody even asked me if everything was okay. Unfortunately, I had a strong anemia and I was not able to even sit up, and the wonderful midwife told me to get up with the baby in her arms because she did not like the bloody sheet. In the evening I was ordered to move to another room, because mine was to be intended only for ladies after cesarean section (!). None of them helped me with my marriage, and when I asked if I could ask for my son to take care of my son so that I could try to take a shower, I heard that not now, because her hands hurt. After waiting 30 minutes, I found all the ladies gossiping in my room ... I had not been fully informed about how to latch my baby to the breast. These ladies on this ward are smart, mean women with no forbearance. The pediatrician tells me to wait with the baby undressed and she is indignant when I decide to dress the baby after an hour, because I suspect that you are lost. There is more, but it is a waste of my life to write a book about this hospital. I ended up being discharged on demand after three days, because there is no chance of curing the anemia with such food.

I was a patient at the gynecology ward

I was a patient at the gynecology ward
and I have to share my opinion.
The ward has a very friendly atmosphere and cordiality towards patients. Doctor Maciej Socha makes the patient feel safe and sufficiently informed. Other doctors were also full of professionalism. Nurses, midwives and all staff are very kind and cordial as well as responding to all requests and needs of patients. A stay in the hospital is simply a break from everyday life. I felt there like in a private clinic. Here the patient is the most important. Many thanks to all gynecology staff.

How my mother and I were treated today was a massacre. I arrived with my mother at 8:30 (my mother has such severe pains that she can't stop), the tomography was only done around 3:30 pm (some massacre), the internist told us to wait for the lady neurologist - so the time flew to 17:45 until I went alone and asked the neurologist what was going on and - ATTENTION - shock here! The neurologist said that her mother was not in her life, she was not even in the system and she was kind of enrolled in an internist immediately! AND MRS. INTERNISTER GOODS HAS BEEN DISAPPEARED PREVIOUSLY WITH THE WORDS "PLEASE REFUSE MRS NEUROLOG, IT'S LITTLE LONG" !!! In this way we disappeared at 18-hungry, tired, stressed and in addition we did not learn anything. It is a pity only money spent and these almost 10 hours in the hospital :) I hope that you will be severely punished for forgetting about the patient :)

Today I was with an 85-year-old old kidney colic attack, every half hour vomiting, we sat in the chair for about 3 hours waiting for help in relieving pain and suffering, unfortunately, we did not wait. The subject here is not human, the subject is employees alone, selection of people in color chairs !!!! Shame for the JPII hospital and a quote on the wall. Total mistake, driveway to SOR for healthy employees only, while for patients "path of health". I recommend SOR only for healthy people.

I must say that I am very pleased with the care I received at this center, both from doctors and nurses. I spent over a week in the internal ward III.
I have one warning as to the work of the cleaning crew. One of the cleaning ladies in this ward had a strange habit of constantly looking at the tables of patients, wearing gloves and with a rag in hand, rearranging items on them and wiping them with a trick, all with the same rag and in the same gloves with which she did not part her all day long. cleaning until she entered the patients' bathroom in the room with a clean sheet and compacted there using this sheet, fresh from the warehouse every day.
For me, it was unacceptable to rearrange my things on my bedside table, in such a style. For this I asked her not to do it. Finally, she yelled at me one time and told me to go to a private clinic. No matter what he says to me, what does it matter? However, I do not like this constant searching around the tables of patients. But the floor in the room was not washed once, and only mopped it twice, losing trash from it, pulling it to the exit.

The visit to the Emergency Room lasted about 6 hours, total contact with the service - about 15 minutes. ER doctor on duty for Sebastian Lewandowski and a nurse treated his patients today arrogantly, not to say insolent. An old lady with a bloody face and dizzy was waiting for the party for 3 hours. Both men performed their duties at a snail's pace of work, often taking suspiciously long break between patients. He intervened another doctor who is not mincing words chased the ED staff, then lift slightly accelerated. Mr. doctor police threatened me, I left the office, after approx. 5 hours asked about their X-ray results. He allegedly called the police who never came. Your doctor's supervisor showed understanding, but she said that she would not apologize for another adult, which I agree with, but I think she should discipline him. Two patients decided to complain about the doctor Sebastian Lewandowski. I strongly advise against. So far, I paid about 20 thousand. health insurance premiums, I visit the doctor once every six months. Our health care is the patient zombies.

The State Hospital is therefore pathological like ...

The State Hospital is therefore pathological like any other in this diseased system. For example - a doctor at gynecology Agata Wieczorek is giving her a patient for coming and unnecessarily taking the queue because of a rupture of the cyst on the ovary. A doctor with an arrogant approach, of course, continues to work and, of course, receives remuneration from the state (i.e. from us taxpayers). In a normal, or private, company would quickly get out of work. It is a pity that sometimes freeloaders from the budget will not go to ordinary work on the free market to see what real life is and how to apply for the client and the development of the company to have something to eat.

I came to SOR with a child, a problem with the eye. We would have been waiting for an ophthalmologist for over an hour, and it was before 8:00 PM, so very specific and factual, and at the same time a friendly medical rescuer with whom we had first contact took us to the pediatrician and after examination we got a prescription for medicines and we could go home. I have nothing to complain about. I am grateful for your quick help

On Monday I gave birth to a daughter in a snowdrift, I came across the postnatal room after renovation and I have to admit that the conditions were very comfortable (bathroom toilet, single double rooms) I really laughed at such a small "Hilton"
As for the staff, Dr. Sztramski made a very good impression on me, I felt interest in him, a gentle but caconetic doctor, huge knowledge and empathy, just like doctor Andrzej nice. A young doctor who accompanied the doctor during visits and surgery.
As for the women in the ward, most of the helpful smiles are known, everyone has better or worse days, but I rate the hospital staff at 5.
If I had a parent again I would definitely choose snowdrift.

Drama .. while on vacation I came across sor. At the outset, two ladies immediately jumped at me with monstrous claims that an ambulance was not called for my case and I had to come alone. It felt like they were brainwashing my horror
offense: / after more than an hour of waiting for an internist's consultation, I went to another facility .. basically only an ECG (shortness of breath, feeling as if it was before fainting), no blood tests, even if I felt that I was in the right place where they will help ..
I do not recommend it, eat elsewhere, preferably privately ..

Defeat! Total disrespect for the patient, disregard for him, and what is worse, no one counts with the patient sometimes and not everyone has a day off to see a doctor. Doctors are always late, but the caste has to get enough sleep and the common man sits and waits in a hospital full of sick people catching viruses.

The International Bioethics Commission did not consent to the pulse-Doppler examination on embryos in the first trimester of pregnancy because there is no reason to perform pulsed Doppler and there is a risk of damage. This hospital is a massacre. Yesterday I sat in the Emergency Room half a day. At the beginning of the blood collection 4 hours later ultrasound. I'm waiting for the results again. At 19.45 the doctor went out for a cake and watch the match. After 3 hours of waiting for the ultrasound and initial row, a nurse came out and handed out a container for urine tests with indignation, which is why I arrange a row because nothing depends on her. Knowing my life, after the next few hours I would get a referral to trg and so until the morning.
They treat people like rubbish. They make us wait until they die and circulate like holy cows.
There are cuts in pay for attitude and behavior, especially for older people.
Cattle and nothing else.
Treating the patient objectively in a very unpleasant way.
The management doesn't control the chaos and the staff use it.
Dates of gallbladder surgery for next year.
I have your ass. 09.07.1018 did what they should in Gi ycko. A hospital with the best staff, hygienic standards 100% are not what Gda sk pleps do. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

It is not a hospital but a place of torment for pe...

It is not a hospital but a place of torment for people who are already suffering. I have nothing to complain about, mostly young people working in the HED department. They are PROFESSIONALS, they are very helpful, they are patient and probably only because of their youth and not burned out, this unit is not a field of chaos, but the conditions there are CRIMINAL !!! I was there some time ago accompanying someone close to me. People wait several dozen hours for the possibility of lying on the bed with a mattress, something that pretends to be a pillow, and a blanket. A sick and suffering person can lie down all day, all night and another day on a hard wheelchair (because it cannot be called a bed) on which a 2 cm mattress is placed! These Medical Rescuers, at least on their head in this crush, with this equipment for patients, with the number of people needing help, are not able to give them as much attention as they should. All these presidents and administrators of this tabernacle should be sentenced once, to work at least one year in this ward, and two, in sickness and suffering, should stay there for at least two days. Necessarily with a diaper on the butt and with the possibility of changing it only lying down in the company of other patients lying at your fingertips! Zero intimacy! Stripping people of dignity and elementary intimacy! It is beautiful to manage from behind the desk, gentlemen and ladies, downstairs you have Noble Staff who you treat as slaves and you treat patients as objects. I know it will continue because you will not run out of sick people, but this is a scandal. There is no respect on my part for the management board. Best wishes and words of appreciation to all Rescuers, Nurses, Doctors, Employees assisting in transport, all working with the sick. Just don't let the governors get the thought of taking these praises to yourself. It is not your merit!

Do not believe what they say about the snowdrift o...

Do not believe what they say about the snowdrift on the poloznoczym. I stayed there for 5 days with my daughter and what is going on there is a massacre. People who know their rights only after leaving the hospital will realize that pediatricians and paediatricians are people who are not educated. Take care of your affairs and take care of your children's health.
I stayed on the pathology for a few days, there was care and things were fine, but what happens when I enter the labor circuit is not even in my life. They gave birth to me for three days. On the third day, oxytocin was given to me. It was not very nice. I asked for anesthesia, she claimed that she must give birth and it must be so. The doctor was not willing to give anesthesia. During the 10 hours of delivery, three doctors came to me. The first doctor ordered me to disconnect me from the oxy because I did not have an ultrasound, which is required before giving oxy. After a while, the doctor said that they would recognize my ultrasound from 5 days !!! Tetno of a child fell and no one wanted to disconnect oxy or make a cesar. It was only in the evening that one of the doctors said he would make a cesarean. On the operating table (there was already good care), one of the doctors told me that the child was tetno because it was wrapped in peppermint and suffocated every crust (and they were every two minutes) !!!!
After the surgery, the child lay with me, but for example, it scrolled through it and when I killed one of them, the child made a pile and I have to rewind it, she checked it and said that it would not rewind because the child was changed to a nappies.
The children were taken at the expense of the study, other people did not say where and why exactly and when I wanted to go, they protested and went into discussions with me when I explained to them that I had the right to do so. The child was washed because the capsule could not be called, they put it under the tap only, and the tap was cold water !!! Sick baby, not good. I turned my attention to one of them, my daughter has curves and he waved his hand and said that they straighten themselves up. Every day, my daughter was watched by pediatricians and no one told me that the foot is inherently fraught with immediate treatment. In the discharge from the hospital there was no sick leave, no one even wrote it out, I had to ask for it myself, and with a small child on the hands, fly around the hospital and look for the secretariat to pick it up. And in the excerpt there was no mention of birth caused by oxytocin, and despite the complications they wrote that it was without complications.

It's a scandal how they receive patients in the Emergency Department at this hospital. When a patient suffers from registration with you instead of "I'm listening, what can I help you with?" Or even the usual "good evening", he says "what?" To him. After which, with stoic calmness, sipping coffee and biting a cookie, it fills the prints and three times the patient is asked the same. By his behavior, he shows a complete lack of empathy.

I agree with the previous speaker on obstetrics. It is not better with children's clinics. Visit at 10:00, we are waiting for the doctor for two hours, he is so busy in the ward :) I will add that with a 2-week-old child we are waiting so much and in the registration we hear that how will it be. The emergency room for the obstetrics and gynecology department leaves much to be desired ... The service of nurses in the room is shameful! It is surprising that such staff as midwife Jagoda Mikulewicz is allowed to serve patients! Lack of any competence to work with the patient! The worker should be only a recovery plan for arrogance, lack of empathy and lack of manners! A patient with great pain referred from the surgery department for a gynecological consultation waits over 2 hours and the question of when he can count on the visit receives just such arrogant behavior of the staff! * Total length of stay is 6 hours without consulting a gynecologist chance! This can happen only in Poland and in the state unit! Dyrekcjo! You see? Do you hear? What's going on in your hospital? Nowadays, there are really many professionals who want to work and fulfill their duties with pleasure and vocation! You don't deserve even one star! I decided because I could not add this review.

This hospital is one big circus. Throughout the stay, they did not intend to heal the child, it looked as if they cared about the fact that the child was in the hospital more than a week, I do not know the payment, probably they have to pay for it. The pediatrician recognized pharyngitis and despite the strong hoarseness and change in the crying of the problem of swallowing, the child did not give anything, insisting on this by pouring a child who is 5 weeks left alone with a strong inflammation. Insisting that they begin to heal, I heard a question about whether the child changed something in my life and I should go to a psychologist because I am caring. Ladies nurses tried to conduct an interview where he works where my partner works because I can not be a good mother at the age of 20 :) no one could help me relieve me because as your nurse said I am a bad mother because my mother is at 100 percent. In the children's ward breaks the hour of 23 ladies spread their beds and by 5 am they are gone. The child was crying for 2 hours, I was walking, I was wearing them in the hands of the lady sitting in the hall opposite, she said that she did not see that the child was crying and noticed that the child would cry and I am already there. After the fight, we got inhalations of sea salt that we had to do even no one explained anything the child got at the end only a dicoflor probiotic and vitamin D is all that was at home from the day of birth. The child wrote for my own task, we went to the pediatrician and did inhalations at home and the child recovered and at the end of the doctor, she said that it was laryngitis that we would stay. And we got "home" recommendations for the house, one of the gentlemen said. And the nurse I wish you more smile and empathy, and not to load everyone into one bag, let the work take care of, not gossip, and let them remember that you hear "we will not give anything alone will pass," I do not recommend

If it wasn't for the midwives and their sense of humor, I would probably go crazy there. What happens in the delivery room did not even dream of Bareja. Already in the first moments of visiting these areas you need to turn off any logical thinking.

Unfortunately, I came to a rescue unit. Doctors took care of me quickly and professionally. Someone was still running around me. I went from research to study. I have never done so many tests with results and descriptions in an hour or two. Recognition for the rescuers who have done very well - most of the time I have traces / bruises after all blood collection procedures - here there are no traces ... a tiny dot.
I greet all the emergency department staff - I've seen what's going on all night. You have a hard job.

The hospital is a drama!

The hospital is a drama!
Emergency Room and Emergency Service. I came at 21:20 for help because I felt a stinging in my heart. I was done a series of tests. After which pneumonia was diagnosed. Doctor Grzegorz, leading my case, was still disappearing for 2-3 hours, leaving his patients without any information or consultation. I learned any information about the results or diagnosis from internists.
I was admitted to the hospital but unfortunately there was no room for me in the room. They offered me a place in the observation room. There, the room was filled with elderly (about 15 people, bed on the bed) very sick people. Not pleasant smells, views and sounds.
I gave up "this luxury" (as the hospital staff claimed). My adventure ended in sitting on a chair until 8am. Until the next change of staff came.
The doctor changing Grzegorz said that I was young, I was assigned an antibiotic and I returned home at 9.
People's anesthesia, which I observed there in relation to other people, especially to the elderly. This is very sad.

The worst place I've ever been and I've ever heard of it. SOR? Crazy dream, stench, stuffiness, any approach. Assuming in advance that the waiting ones are crafty trying to bypass queues to specialists. I was sent 500 units of sugar to the surgeon ... keep writing?
