I recently used the service management software provided by this company and found it to be quite average. The interface was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I encountered some glitches and slow performance while using the platform, which was a bit frustrating. The customer support was also just okay, as it took them a while to respond to my queries. One thing I appreciated was the extensive range of features and customization options available, which allowed for more flexibility in managing our service requests. Overall, the software did its job adequately, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of performance and customer service.
