I feel like I'm at home here most people can speak Burmese. Great shops and Authentic Food. I also got a haircut and wash for only $10 which in Australia I would have paid at least $25-45 for the same thing so happy will definitely come back over and over when I'm visiting Singapore =]

I had a bad experience in this place. evelator is faulty, place is dirty, parking area is dirty, rude security. Only 2-3 camera shop ok. Otherwise just spend your time and money elsewhere.
This place is usually can call myanmar plaza bcoz there are alot of burmese found mostly on weekends. There are lots of burmese delicious food and we can buy burmese products, food from there.
A very old mall, useful for nothing more than buying old film and digital cameras. With quite a number of shops specialising in dealing used film and digital camera bodies and lenses, it is the go to place, besides the internet, for vintage lenses, film and film development equipment. Expect to see a premium of about 30% over identical items sold on the internet, but at least you can touch and examine the equipment before purchasing it. Some shops offer warranties even, albeit but for two weeks.
Came here for Cathay Photo store which is on the ground floor. Smell in the general atrium area could be a little bit overwhelming for those not used to Burmese cuisine...
I come here everyday as I work here. If you're looking for good Burmese or Thai Food, this is the place to be. The basement holds a variety of local and foreign delicacies.
Place was terrible. Came here to fax some documents to Germany but walk up to the place Was terrible. The place was overcrowded and tremendously smelly. The toilets were worse than terrible. They were a day's nightmare! I really hated this place and would never come back again. Ps please do not reply.
Located behind the peninsula hotel. Mens tailors , new and second hand camera shops, shoes (but limited with larger sizes), and music stores, including LPs. Very old, run down. Only useful to go if you're interested in these types of shops.
Very old shopping center. Nothing visually appealing. But some of the shops are specialized in certain goods. For example cameras, and have detailed knowledge on the subject matter. As a shopping center, nothing special and needs a renovation.
A pretty aged mall, stalls within are a unique sight compared to those within newer malls which are big, bright and crowded. House a few hair salons, musical instruments stores and others. Located right next to Funan Digital IT mall.
Mingalaba. Used to work here everyday, it brings back a lot of memories. You only get Burmese food here, love it or hate it. I always eat the Mohingarr and will spam the coriander (yums) @ Mother's House (located at B1 beside the Burmese vegetarian restaurant), day in day out when I worked there. I still have fond memories because whenever I am there I don't have to speak a word, the lady would just serve up a spicy bowl of mohingar for me cos she remembers me (bperhaps sick of me ordering the same thing everyday hahahaha). At one point I got sick and tired of Burmese food I just don't feel like eating anymore. But now I miss Burmese Food and its distinct taste. It's been almost 2 years, will be back for Burmese Food soon! Come here for great taste and selection of Burmese food, nonetheless!
Come here because you want to look for shoes, but apparently there is a place to eat Indian cuisine that is really good! And before going home buy Tiger Sugar first. I want to go to this plaza again!
This is one of the oldest malls in Singapore. The ground floor has a horrible stench. There are the usual shops and so on including a food court in the basement. Poor signage and downbeat lighting. It does have a number of stores selling Cameras and Photography equipment that are well stocked, but otherwise, there's a definite sense that this mall has seen better days.
Building lifts are already in poor condition. But doesn t help that the people that work here are also extremely self entitled and wouldn t wait for others to board the lift. Next time if I see this lady who works on the 16 floor again I will post her face picture.
Good shopping plaza, there are many professional camara and their parts available, many other Mayanmar people over there, not so attractive except camara shops
One of historical market in Singapore though Peninsula lost her previous glamours but still this is famous to the Burmese people s, locals and tourists. You will find Burmese products in almost every shops. Sometimes I visit there to buy betel leaves for my Uncle. Few good currency exchange there who are really famous and give better rates in town.
You need to try halal Myanmar stall here called "Little Myanmar". They serve Myanmar delicacies with taste that I think can suit most Asians. The saltiness is just right, and just around $6
Their service is wonderful.
First, you will meet a polyglot server, which can speak Chinese, Malay, India (sorry don't know which part), and maybe more... fluently.
Second, you stay quite long and they give you tea for free.
