Unbelievable been in this dock 6 hours. Lumper required they have broken down every pallet every box 2319 pieces still another 2 hours. I'm a dry van by the way. Lady up front is awesome. No bathrooms no food. Appt at 9 got here at 630 so yes I am early but still DAMN!

Stay away from this place. Checked in at 5:20 for a 6:00 am appt. Got in door around 6 didn't start unloading till 8:30. Finished unloading around 9:00. It's 10:30 still waiting on paperwork. The lady at check in is very nice and helpful. Thats the only positive thing I can say about this place.
First time here .Wasn't to bad friendly and real respectful lady answer all that needed info...Request for the sign in form..park on the side of the road overnighters....open at 5am to 3pm..info to help others..sign by door 26 on the left there's some stairs .I walked in to sign up need license number..Paperwork does take long to get ..3star on sign in but if there was stars for Paperwork it be a 1 star...
Slow real slow 3hrs from when they cut the seal to when they started unloading 2 more hrs and there still unloading there s no excuse for being this slow bad management
Very slow, was here at 0630 for a 0700 delivery as of 1230 i am still sitting here. Would give negative stars if able.
4 hours to unload thats sad especially when u pay $269 in lumper
Not a bad place,people are nice,just have to get to know em all over again. I haven't been here in a couple of years,used to deliver here every week. You can still watch the hot air baloons fly,or more like float,around Lol. PS: This is what drivers DON'T need to do. This dock area dont need to be any tighter. Park in the street and walk to the rec. office. God knows some drivers could use the bit of exercise.
Super fast delivery. Appt 0600, check in 0535- empty 0635. Guys are great!
2nd time here and still rude people this time they gave me a door with one of there own trucks in there been waiting for 45 min for this guy to move.i really hate coming here lady in front with piercing on her cheek is the rudest person breathing after 5 hours 230 lumper fee they took off my second drop and damage these milks which were not there's stay away may 10 2021
