Plan to be there all day, you will loose or be late for your next appointment, it don't matter if you are early or late for your appointment, you will be there for at least 6-8 hours, checking in with the lady at the guard shack is not the problem, once you are backed up to the door, that's when your nightmare begins, don't even bother to go check if paperwork is ready, they'll send you back to your truck and tell you to wait for their text, would love to say "never going back" but have to work, this place sucks!!!

Reason for one star, spacious parking lot

Like all syscos this place is terrible. Getting in a door and unloaded is not a problem actually probably faster than most syscos however they hold your paperwork hostage. Completely inhumane to make a human wait for hours on end for no reason. Sysco is hateful towards truck drivers which they so desperately depend on for product to make them wait so long. I believe this company supports discrimination against truck drivers and I recommend not doing business with them or risk be viewed in the same light.

If you have any control of your freight that you will be delivering here, it would be a smart decision to cancel your load. You will be here for a very long time so if you are planning on picking up another load make sure that shipper is open 24hrs. The lumper service is very rude to drivers, they really have no respect for anyone. This is a reminder for myself not to send any drivers here for delivery.

I hear from drivers that come here regularly that it's not always this slow. I say that because I got here at 7:15 in the morning and did not leave until 14:30 in the afternoon for three pallets that cost me $165 for them to unload. Needless to say I'm not coming back. The two stars are for accessibility and docking.

Don t be late or it s $50 per half hour past your appointment. Don t be in a hurry and have your payment ready. ALL loads seem to require lumpers. They do get points for being one of few that has a bathroom, even if out of paper towels, and vending machines in receiving office.
Update: 2 and half hours for nine pallets! And the lumper was almost $200.

Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment. Got put in door right away. When checking in with the lumper service. Was told they would give me a price after they had me unloaded. Have been here two hours for a straight pull off and they still haven t started. The individual behind the glass for the lumper service seems to hate his job and takes it out on the drivers when they check in. There is no reason for a driver to be treated like they do here. Well final damage 4 hours and $235.00 for straight pull off of 18 pallets.

Who is there two hours after my appointment and they did not start so I went in and told them the situation that I was dealing with having a another delivery after them they allowed the lumber service to take pallets off of the truck just just give me out of there because they were very busy. Shout out to Davie Rogers the supervisor he s a good guy

Took them 6 hours to unload 15 pallets... I can't imagine how long it takes to unload full load... You can check in early but it makes no difference. You'll wait. The place is full of rules to follow but they can't even follow the rules themselves... Dirty place. Yes this is where they store and distribute human food... Enough said. Lumper fee for 15 pallets was $334 . I guess this one star is for big and easy to back in lot. Good luck my fellow drivers. Peace

I had only 6 pallets and took them 3 and a half hrs to unload, then I noticed the green light had been on for 35 minutes after unloading and i had to go and ask for my paperwork and the guy even admitted that my papers had been at his desk for 20 minutes, then he hit me with a lumper fee of $245 for just 6 pallets. Outrageous life we are living.

Would give-5 if I could! If you're delivering here prepare to be held up all day. I will never come back to this hole! Been here since 7am for 8am appointment, still sitting here at 3:30PM waiting for paperwork.
