Horribly service. The 1-800 number claims to be 24/7 on the web site, but when I call says they close from 11pm to some time in the morning. The site is overly complicated. The company is exploiting the loved ones of inmates serving time in correctional facilities. I’d boycott this company if my best friend wasn’t stuck in jail believe me. But unfortunately I’m forced to use their complicated and unreliable service.
