Unfortunately, I feel compelled to take time and submit some honest feedback about Synergy Signs/Graphics due to my experience with Jim Dawson the owner. Even though my initial impression and experience with he and his team was very positive, it turned out to be extremely disappointing when the project was FINALLY completed. I paid his required 50% down on the project and then it took over a year from that point until the project was completed. Once he had my deposit, I heard very little communication from him, and he was beyond frustrating to have work with the other sub-contractor working to complete the sign foundation. He ended up playing finger pointing and blaming when things didn't go as smoothly as planned, and left me to sort out the details on my own. Very poor communicator, very slow to complete the project, and would DEFINITELY rethink working with this team in the future. They are extremely artistic and creative, but when it comes to communication and execution, they leave much to be desired.
