i was assaulted and arrested in smithville mo..synergy helped me through what happened to me and im grateful for them and thinking of using their service again..

I was a child in this center many years ago and the staff were great to us kids. They handled us with care and work with us on our own levels depending on the trauma we were coming from.

Synergy Services is an incredible organization that provides vital programs and services to those in need. I commend Synergy Services and their team for everything they do and support them wholeheartedly as they work to improve the lives of countless individuals in our community.

I came here to escape my physically abussive boyfriend only to get mentally abused here. I can say one thing the name suits very well (safe) haven bc they do protect you from the outside but what about the inside to? I've been threatened by a girl here and nothing was done due to it being "hear say" this is a lounge for people to come and vacation until there 4 months are up! The ones that are doing things to better themselves are constantly attacked and staff will do nothing! Bc they didn't see it. Very valuable things where stolen from me by my one and only Roomate and they did nothing about it! My advice for people that are in a abussive situation do not go to safe haven it will only mentally destroy you more although it may be a tad bid nicer living wise than other shelters you will not receive the help the other domestic shelters are willing and going to give.
