However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from them, and when I finally did, I felt like my questions were not fully answered. The installation process itself went smoothly, and the quality of the flooring is decent. However, there were a few minor issues with the installation that were not addressed to my satisfaction. I appreciate the effort from the company, but I expected better customer service and attention to detail. 🏠✨
