One of the bad experience I have ever had. Sorry for owners but need to highlight this review, so that changes can be done basis the feedback.

Ambience - 4/5 - No doubt the ambience looks cool and awesome. May be good for the young crowd, as very relaxing atmosphere



Food Taste - 1/5 - All the ordered foods were less in taste. Worst Pizza, Oreo shake and tomato soup I ever had. Sorry but its a truth

Food Presentation - 4/5 - the way they presented the food is pretty impressive, however, like the Indian phrase says Barhi Dukan par Feeka Pakwan (Luxurious restro but tasteless food)

Staff - 3/5 - They took the order very politely, however, one of them were staring our table or us with a very strange look. Dressing sense and the way they talk is not that impressive.

Furniture Quality - 2/5 - As the ambience was good with some nice attractive sitting. However, the chairs which I used was a very loose one. I believe people just play with that chair rather sitting it properly. (Yes they do provide Indoor games option too)

Music Sound - 2/5 - Low quality sound speakers. Just a recommendation, go to the Chaayos outlet of Sector 14 Market, Gurgaon. And then compare the music & sound quality.

A good place with friends to reunite.. food is amazingly delicious.. ambience is also great..

Been here on my Birthdayy, The food was nice they even decirated the place well but the service was a little slow. Other than that amazing place, budget friendly, good food, good ambience

Food is good but you rellay have to work on the ambience. There is a funny smell when you enter. Even after having all the elements it is not maintained. The place could do much better of paid attention to cleanliness and other small details.

The interiors are good, there are two different kind of seatings where you can remove your shoes and sit. The food is really good. We ordered pink pasta, garlic pepper noodles and garden green pizza and all of them were tasty. Drinks were okiesh, shakes could have been thicker. Its a nice place to gang out with friends.

Service is very poor.
Waiter and cashier both beahving very rudely.
Sevice is very slow, he taking so much time

Located in sector 14 market. And ambience is the first thing which attract me. However food is also good.

It was good experience,kids had such a blast and adult also enjoyed alots,very tasty snacks,and food also......I will definitely recommend whenever possible

I visited this place yesterday only ...i i loved the ambience ....must say a really nice place to spend time with your loved one's ... And if you're comfortable with taking off ur shoes then they have 2 special tables for you!! ....it provides an unmatched ambience when it comes to sector 31 and sector 14 combined!! ....
But when it comes to food ...sadly it lagged behind ...the food was just ok ...i didn't like the bruschetta ...it was dry ... without cheese ...but had a slice of paneer instead!!
The fried noodles for monchow soup came way too late after the soup itself ...so the service as lagged behind on that note!!
But i really liked how the owner was herself handling the chores later!! ....that earned an extra star here...
Do visit this place!!!!

We went to this restaurant first time yesterday, and I never knew such brisk place exist in sector 14 market, the food is very tasty and delicious. The restaurant has an amazing and different ambiance. One must visit this place whenever a hangout is planning to this locality.

Not at all a good experience. Ordered pasta and spring rolls. Pasta was undercooked and tasteless. Asked them to redo it. But they gave the same pasta. Not at all cooperative staff. The lady defended her cook saying "aisa hi hota hai" instead of helping. We returned the dish. But they charged for it anyway.
