I recently stayed at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach, 3635 Fashion Way Torrance, CA 90503. I used the Swyft machine and it charged me and just kept spinning and would grab the merchandise. I called the tech support number on the machine the guy said I wouldn't be charged because they can see I didn't get the product. Well they charged me and I've called three times no answer, left voicemails. Emailed twice no response. Awful company with no support.
