First year, good price. Second year my homeowners ins mysteriously went up by $500. Literally $500. With no claims, nothing going on in my area, nothing at all. Dropped them immediately and had my insurance broker find us another company.

Respectful, easy to talk to and we knew exactly what was going to happen. It's always scary when you have something happen to your home! Swyfft was there to help and did it in a timely manner.

Insurance cliam # SWYCBHO23095 .....DO NOT go with this company. Service is horrible and they will NOT pay anything to you when you file a claim. I had some roof damage from hailstorm and three different roof contractors suggested roof replacement. We sent all the pictures but the insurance company merely brushed us aside saying the pictures don't prove hail damage. They took drone pictures and when I said why don't you inpsect physically they said they don't do that. When I filed the claim it took them 2 weeks to respond and that too because I sent a reminder email. They say unless there is a leak there is no problem and won't be covered by insurance. Also, said that granule loss is not sign of roof damage and is not covered in the policy. They will find ways to circumvent around your claim and won't pay you a dime. Not worth it .

Had online response quickly. I finally got one rep on phone who couldn't handle my problem. Poor phone contact. No responsive number to call. I don't appreciate my insurance rates doubling in 2 yrs. Your rates are ridiculous. Think insurance companies are taking advantage of Floridians! We've had hurricanes forever. Big profit for all you providers.

This is a real review from a real customer claim#swycbh022624 . We had a hail Storm in Houston Texas . All Neighbors received a new roof in the neighborhood those of course who had a real insurance company but not us Swyftt insurance turned down the claim how is it the hail storm hit every house but ours. certified roofing companies showed us the damage! Alexis and Jennifer are our adjusters so don t expect this company to pay your claim. Look for a better insurance, really don t make the mistake we did costing us thousands of dollars In lost.

As usual dealing with Insurance companies is a task by itself.....Bad service, staff don't know who the president of the company is also....Customer service number does not allow you to speak with Sr. Executives.....As usual now get told that the agent that sold you the Policy should have told you, and this is the Loop hold that most insurance company ply by....get someone else to sell the policy and then when something goes wrong...put their hands up and say we did not sell u the policy so speak to the Agent that sold you the Policy. As a customer this is cheating.,.,..coz no one realizes what damage and loss a Hurricane can cause and expecially when your a first time home buyer.....Secondly why is it that you can never get to speak to an executive with the company. This company i am sure is just like every other Insurance firm, But how u get dealt with makes the difference..... When a claim was filed, the company knows that i was not covered and Yet, just to show that it cares, send someone out to come and evaluate everything and then get sent an email that rejects the claim saying i am not covered under flood.... Wow.....Well played Swyfft..... NOW LETS SEE WHICH EXECUTIVE READS THIS AND HAS THE COURTSY TO CALL BACK

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! They may have a good rate up front, but they will not pay on your claim. I have waited for four months for payment. They are non responsive, will not call you back, the managers will tell you that they deal with unhappy people every day and that is why their turnover rate with employees is very, very high. you will get with you pay for--which is nothing! horrible horrible company

The owner lied and said they reviewed my neighbors house not true. This company does not pay claims. Clearly the neighborhood had hail damage because other insurance companies paid out. I feel bad for customers who get taken advantage of from companies like this do what is right and fix the hail damage roof.

Unfortunately I had to go through my homeowners policy because I had some emergency plumbing done in my house. Swyfft handled my dilemma very professionally UNLIKE THE PLUMBING COMPANY I HAD TO CHOOSE IN A PINCH. As the saying goes... And away goes trouble down the drain! Understand?

Very disappointed in this company, the customer service was excellent but after paying a $400 deposit for Insurance and then being denied coverage due to the age of my roof, I only received $82.00 back due to all their fees being deducted. I told my agent don't even mention this company to me when it time to renew my current policies.
