I disagree with the low ratings, it's actually a) a very decent place to work; supportive, developing, friendly, and takes care of employees, and b) it provides a service that ofter outweighs it's cost.
I have worked for swl security services for a year in September so far my experience with the company has been fantastic my work Colleagues are very understanding management are good and deal with any problems you may have so would like to say a massive thank you to swl security services.
Working for them, the management was ok. Training was good but the partner that I was awful, and after me leaving the company, I have seen him with multiple other partners.
So I think the common denominator is the partner and not the new guys.
This employer likes to try and engage new staff on 0 hours contracts. This is wholly unacceptable we all know what happens when employers hold you to ransom with zero hours if you don't fit in. Logically I didn't take the job and I would warn anyone else to be careful if they decide to risk this outfit to be really honest you might as well be self employed.
Excellent company to work with as a client. They provide us with highly professional personnel with industry leading training. They provide a patrol team for us in Camden Town which as you can imagine is a very challenging environment. We have been fortunate to find them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
