I purchased a mower through Cub Cadet website they contracted Swiderski Power to deliver it. What I received what far from what I paid for. It was a year old, rusted, scratched and sat outside for so long two birds made a home inside and sadly died inside of the deck! When asked to make it right they took no responsibility and gave excuse after excuse of why they won't send a new one or even give a discount!
I was in the search for my first zero turn mower and landed on the Cub Cadet ZT2 50" cub cadet. I contacted Bryan online. He was very responsive even responding to my messages after hours. He made the process very straight forward and offered an unbeatable price on this new unit(a local branch near where I live wouldn't come close), taking away my stress of having to negotiate. Bryan even went as far as having his team assemble my machine that day so I wouldn't have to travel back. When I went to load my new mower on the trailer, one of Bryan's associates took the time to give me a tutorial of the machine including recommended maintenance. Swiderski made this process a great experience. It was well worth the little bit of travel to feel like I bought my machine from a place I can trust. Hey, just a heads up and pat on the back to Matt over at Swiderski. I had a minor glitch on a Cub Cadet Ultima that 1 purchased last year. The hydraulics went out and I was able to figure why, just not how to get it repaired. A stick knocked off the spring that attaches to the drive pulley under the mower. The part the spring was attached to was missing. I called Swiderski Power and Matt went above and beyond as he sent me a photo of where the appropriate part that I needed went and how it was attached, and got me a replacement sent out, thus saving me a lot of down time with my mower being in the shop for a minor issue. Job well done Matt !! Excellent customer service keeps people coming back !!
Bought a new Cub Cadet zero turn, had it delivered (the delivery guy was great). Drove it about 10 feet into the garage and went to clean and wax it as it was just towed in some rain/snow. Noticed the attached scratches and was told by Cub Cadet and Swiderski that touch up paint should do the trick. I understand it s a lawn mower, but new product quality falls short here. My sales guy apologized and said the other new Cubs in the shop have scratches in the same spots. What s funny is I passed on buying a unit from Home Depot because me and the salesperson there noticed a scratch, he had integrity to say order online (from HD), from there I decided I want to support a small business with my Cub purchase. Maybe if you re local they d be easier to work with.
