Most people hate to deal with attorneys which I believe is mostly due to the fact we do not conduct business in their field and we are exposed, vulnerable and to a point relinquish our control to them.
I hired Ms. Dana Swickle to represent me in a divorce action from a 26 year marriage where I earned double my soon-to-be ex-wife. Ms. Swickle replaced an attorney who was failing to represent me and had me exposed in early negotiations with a long term disaster which would have left me exposed for life. Firing one and hiring a new attorney is normally not advised and always more expensive, but I was in total despair dealing with an irrational opposition and useless attorney.
On the recommendation of a friend, I hired Ms. Swickle to take my case over. Ms. Swickle worked diligently to get me into a fair and equitable settlement that gave me my future back. Ms. Swickle is a masterful negotiator who is laser focused leaving no stone unturned. Thinking "outside the box" Ms. Swickle negotiated a lump sum alimony arrangement from a difficult current financial situation. I cannot say enough about her efforts and abilities. I am so fortunate to have had Ms. Swickle represent me.

Adam is the guy you want to see if you are going through a divorce. To say that he knows what he's doing is an understatement. He has a ton of experience and knows exactly what to do to get you fair terms.
