Excellent place for photography! My face was on the window for a while!

Had a problem with my twins pics and they straightened out the problem and refunded my money with no hassel amd b.s.

I have to say for years now I have repeatedly had the same experience. Ordering is a pain. We were out of town and I paid $60 for pictures, magnets and class photo. Because I couldn't print out the receipt and have present it...there was drama. A 2nd grader aged 8yrs cannot understand all this process. So I am not happy and am reluctant to order in the future.

Don t bother purchasing photos of your child from this company. Three years in a row we ve purchased pictures and every year they get worse. My child s teacher called to apologize for the quality. There is absolutely no care taken in making sure decent shots are captured. The lack of care and professionalism is astounding. Clearly, they are a company after a profit with no regard of professionalism. quality, or customer service. Children and capturing their smiling faces are definitely not priority. Hair sticking up? Cheese Jacket left on and crooked? Cheese . Retakes don t work either. Those also come out terrible. It s time for school to contract with a company that cares about their output because this one certainly doesn t.

I am so sorry to hear so many unpleasant reviews by parents. I had my photo's done by SWI 26 years ago and was just as pleased then with the staff/photographer's as I am now with them regarding my daughter and her portraits. The picture's are great and the staff member's are really nice. I am always greeted at the door and quickly helped. The photo's are expensive but they are great. How ever, I am sad to hear so many disappointed parent's.

I am completely disappointed in SWI this school year (20-21). If i would have known that the class pictures would be taken the way they were, I would not have wasted my money! I wish they just would have told us they weren't an option... I could have take better photos with my phone! The individual pictures were great, with is why they still get three stars.
