I am working in SWI since 4 years and my experience is awesome.

Project management is good but their HR head is rude and not cooperative.

Environment is good, but the HR team really sucks. They will waste your time by heart and soul. Call you for several interviews in the end try their best to exploit you by making pathetic offers and I am not the only one who experienced this many other told me the same story. More their office timings are very odd.
