The first to get here. This is an amazing loving and safe community to raise your children,be able to walk them to school and have neighbors that are like family members not only do they watch over your house if you're gone but if you forget to take your trash can out on trash day is seems to get out there in time with no expected thank you it's just done because that is the kind and caring people that live here at SweetBay!

Excellent location with homes built by the areas best builder! These guys really care about the homes they construct. Quality materials and quality installation.

We built our home here in SweetBay in June of 2018.. in October, hurricane Michael hit and I have to tell you that our home was so well-built that it sustained only minor damage.

Excited for things to come for this wonderful neighborhood!
