Valet Service Excellent!! I came to the hospital to pick up a client who was in a wheelchair, valet assisted me in parking nearby so I could facilitate my service in a quick and easy manner!

Dr was excellent and rec'd excellent care.
The hospital was dirty. I was completely appalled by this. For being a medical facility and Covid spiking, the hospital was filthy.

Appointment was scheduled at nine for the burn/reconstructive surgery office it is 9:30 and still waiting maybe don t schedule until they are actually available to see patient? I was just told I am a walk-in ?? I have had the appointment for a week .just got told hopefully I will be seen by 10:00?!? I did get in by ten the doctor and nurses are great! The reason for only three is definitely due to the scheduling alone..

The oncology department at Swedish Medical Center is second to none. I'm not a religious person, but the staff there made believe that angels are real and that they work there. Despite undergoing one of the worst experiences of my life (cancer and all), they made my experience during that time nothing short of amazing. There's a basic level of medical knowledge and care that's expected of a hospital and it goes without saying that they exceeded all expectations on that front. However, what really touched me was the care they gave me as the patient and the care they gave to my family and friends. It was a dark time in my life being stuck to a hospital bed, often alone while I was fighting cancer. However, all the staff members did everything they could to make my stay as awesome as possible. And it was awesome. I could not ask for a better group of people to go through such a dark time with. I hope no one gets cancer. But if you have to fight that battle, there is no better team than the staff at Swedish to fight that battle with you.

My wife had her knee replaced 8/18/2021. Seriously not impressed by the nursing staff. Here we are still in the middle of the pandemic and multiple nurses in the pre-op and recovery area were wearing their masks below their noses.

Similar issue with the anesthesiologist. She had her lower mask straps untied for comfort, while she was giving my wife the spinal block.

Clearly staff care more about their personal comfort than the spread of Covid and other diseases.

I first began at the Swedish ER Southwest location. I went in for a broken leg and ankle. There was no wait time for being admitted. Once admitted I was treated and seen quickly. I was told that surgery the next morning would be required, so I was transferred to the main hospital. From there I went quickly from the main ER to a room for the night, and for my recovery after surgery. All in all it took about 4 hours (not bad for 2 ERs) to get into the hospital and in bed for the night. Everyone was very kind and supportive. The staff cared about making me as comfortable as possible, and were very accommodating to anything I needed. The nurses that helped take care of me for my 2 nights and 2 day stay were all amazing. Very kind, answered all of my questions, and we very helpful and patient. Going to the hospital is never fun, but all of the staff was very kind and helpful! I am very thankful for all those who helped me during this time!

I took my 6 year old to the ER his eyes were huge and puffy and his nose was a mess. Doctor didn't even check him she was so rude to me telling me it was allergies and trying to blame me somehow. Even the nurse started to be extra nice because he felt that the doctor was being rude to me. She didn't even come near my son like she was Disgusted.

It was NOT ALLERGIES ! A week later no allergies medicine worked I told the doctor allergies meds were not helping she gave him steroids also didn't do anything. She still said it was allergies that he was allergic to our cat probably.

So We took him to SkyRidge which is 20 minutes away because he was getting worse and they told us he had a BAD SINUS INFECTION right away!

IM PRETTY SURE THIS RUDE DOCTOR WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS IF SHE CHECKED MY SON AND DIDNT BRUSH HIM OFF AS ALLERGIES!

she basically got paid to be rude and not do her job. We're also trying to find another Pediatrician because I guess doctors stopped caring after covid like covid is the only sickness now or something. Other things happen and are just as important

I received awesome care from everyone. The staff in the ER are phenomenal and treated me with so much care. I didn't just have my assigned nurse checking on me, but multiple nurses checked on me and ensured I got all the assistance I needed. No one walked pass my room without checking on me. I can't say enough about the awesome care I received. Thank you so much nurses, doctors, and security guard for being so nice and taking awesome care of me.

Even though it was crowded I m always in good hands. The whole ER staffing your awesome!! I know I ll be well taken care of. Thank you!!

I can't say enough about the quality of care and service provided. Your nurses were fantastic in the care they provided. From the beginning of the experience to the end, I was very impressed with the care and support I received and my family received. The surgery team was also second to none. I would recommend this hospital and staff to anyone that is considering major surgery or other medical treatment. Personally, I just want to say thank you to the hospital and staff for all they did for me. Thank you!
