If you need to call the main office for any reason, good luck! Getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. Getting a call back, regardless of how many messages you leave, never happens! This is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of working for in my entire life! 47 years in the biz, and this company has not one sliver of common courtesy, or professionalism. I bought a Swan hose at Home Depot, advertised as made in America but the small print said with foreign components. I rolled out the hose and it was immediately kinked, stayed kinked and never worked. I took it back after 24 hours.
This is a scam , a 100% scam by a company that could produce quality hoses and probably does somewhere but at the same time recognizes if we just get some thin plastic and Call it a hose, will make a bunch of money even though it won t work and most people will be too frustrated or too lazy to take it back and get their money back. So will have a win-win sell a cheap product for maximum profit in a market where people are unlikely to take it back. This plan was cashed by college graduate corporate type officers and it s nothing more than total fraud
