If you need to call the main office for any reason, good luck! Getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. Getting a call back, regardless of how many messages you leave, never happens! This is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of working for in my entire life! 47 years in the biz, and this company has not one sliver of common courtesy, or professionalism. Flush them with your next bowel movement
I bought a Swan hose at Home Depot, advertised as made in America but the small print said with foreign components. I rolled out the hose and it was immediately kinked, stayed kinked and never worked. I took it back after 24 hours.
This is a scam , a 100% scam by a company that could produce quality hoses and probably does somewhere but at the same time recognizes if we just get some thin plastic and Call it a hose, will make a bunch of money even though it won t work and most people will be too frustrated or too lazy to take it back and get their money back. So will have a win-win sell a cheap product for maximum profit in a market where people are unlikely to take it back. This plan was cashed by college graduate corporate type officers and it s nothing more than total fraud

Don't buy the hoses and don't work for them. I got fired because I pointed out an osha viloation. They told us to ignore the fire alarm for the day while I watched a person drop a propain torch
