I honestly found their service to be improper and frankly unacceptable.
A young chap called Charlie Lester arrived at my door 25 mins late requesting to go to the toilet. I found him to be a little rascist, and sexist!!
He made jokes about women and immigrants in the UK which I found extremely unprofessional. I would avoid this bunch, they seem a bit too casual.
Can highly recommend. We had a damp issue when we bought our house, so we hired a damp proofing company to solve the proble. However, the problem came back 3 years later, so we contacted sw17 surveyors to check what is going on. Their investigation does not come cheap but Philip investigates thoroughly. We hesitated to spend this money for a survey but we would have spend much more money for the solution we wrongfully thought was causing the issue. Have definitelly learned that hiring an impartial and qualified expert is always worth the money in the end

Contacted Charlie for a Survey before Purchasing a new property. He advised me on the appropriate level of detail required and gave a very competitive quote. He booked someone very quickly to come to the property. The survey itself was clear and well documented. In the view of being 100% honest- the report took a few days longer than first promised. However, it was during the holiday period so I can forgive this and this would not stop me from recommending his services.

Looked around a bit and chose SW17 to do a full level 3 survey for a new flat I'm buying. Philip (CEO/MD) is a nice gentleman who I spoke to a couple of times. Ashley did my survey - very detailed and was freely available to chat after the call to answer all of my questions which I appreciated a lot. Good guys and competitive prices. Highly recommend!
I have used SW17 Surveyors twice now for a HomeBuyer report (Level 2 RICS survey) as I wanted to go with a local company familiar with the area. The director Philip was helpful over the phone and responsive via email. Our survey was carried out by Ade who did a thorough job and provided us with a detailed report of the property in good time. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had received and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor.
