Wow what an incredible meal. First, the seating outside was beautiful over looking the water. The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly and had a great insight on the menu. We ordered the double cut chili rubbed t bone. It was delicious and a very large portion, around 46 ounces. Hint: don't fill up on the bread.

Japanese waygu was overcooked. It did taste good but not as good as waygu I'd had before. After letting the waiter know about the meat temperature, it appeared I was brought a smaller pieces.

Rest of the steaks we're amazing. I'd highly recommend any if those but the value or lack of value for the waygu was poor.

What a great steakhouse should be. This was one of the most satisfying dining experiences in my life. I think Mr Wynn is really proud of his name and reputation. This place upholds them both extremely well. The service - impeccable. Food - perfectly balanced and well thought out. Atmosphere - modern and classy. I hate the dim atmosphere of most steakhouse, but this place has a bright and airy feel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Steak was medium rare, but there wasn't any juice on my plate. Perfectly seared in and sat, the steak was just as good on the last bite as it was on the first. In sum, I love this place and will heartily recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a perfect meal.

I had the bone in ribeye (medium). It was cooked to perfection. I wish they seasoned it but the sauces that come with it serves it's purpose. The bread basket was delicious also. Overall, I feel it's overpriced.

This place was absolutely delicious and top notch customer service! We started with a seafood platter for appetizer and there was more than enough for our table of 5. We all had steaks and they were phenomenal. We had a night shade allergy in the group and the chef was very accommodating.

One of the best steakhouses I've been to in Vegas. Service is excellent and staff is quick. There's also a mini show every 15-20 minutes from the waterfall. I had the Filet Mignon and Domestic Wagyu and both were cooked perfectly. I had the king crab soup as an appetizer and it was delicious. I had a side of lobster tail and it good but the steaks were better.

Excellent restaurant. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The meal was excellent. One of the best we have had in Vegas. We each had the filet with sides of bearnaise and SW sauce. We added wild mushrooms, creamed spinach and the foie gras as side s. All were excellent, especially the fois gras and mushrooms. Wonderful ambiance. Great views of Lake of Dreams. I 100% suggest.

Was there to celebrate my husband's birthday. I requested a table so we could view the water show. When we arrived we were given a seat quite far from the show. We came all the way from Indiana and was told that because we booked our reservation the day before, we could not be seated at another table. There were 3 tables open and when I went back and asked about them I was still told the same answer. If I would have known this, I would have eaten somewhere else less expensive and closer to my hotel. Not really good service, especially when I got the early and could have waiten.

I stayed at the Trump Hotel. I heard there food was good but after viewing the layout I asked the consierge where I could take my son for an excellent steak dinner for his birthday. He suggested the Wynn. We walked the 10 minutes to go there. The matradi snuck us in. It was above and beyond. Worth the excursion.

Great food and service, along with some terrific non-steak options. The room is lively, filled with a good looking crowd and the waterfall show and ambience push this steakhouse to the top of the Vegas heap.

Excellent service, the staff were fun and warm.....the side dishes were my favorite. I am not a vegan but we ordered some things off the menu and the beets with goat cheese was the bomb. The desserts were to die for, especially the chocolate molten thingy where the waiter pored chocolate syrup on it and it just dissolved into a cool shape. Being from New Orleans we tend to be food snobs and this establishment did not disappoint... Sit by the water and enjoy the entertaining show.
One thing that was a little set back was they turned the outdoor heaters on and we became hot.. We didn't say anything because other tables may have wanted them on

It's hard to push past 3.5 or 4 stars for this spot. As many have mentioned, the ambiance is very nice, especially if you can get a table on the patio overlooking the waterfall/lagoon. The "shows" in the lagoon were novel, though the frog singing wasn't for us. Took an upscale dining experience and Disney-fied it, not in a good way.

The steaks were delicious, though they switched the temperatures on our order which made for a delicious filet and a slightly disappointing NY strip. The foies was on point, as was the lobster, truffle gnocchi, but I'd pass on the Brussel sprouts unless you prefer them like southern collard greens.

Another drawback was the limited bar selection, where they were unable to produce two fairly notable whiskey cocktails due to the lack of spirits. Finally, service was unfortunately lackluster. The 5 minutes that passed to before being greeted gave our meal an odd start. We had to ask for a cocktail list as one was not provided which in turn meant no drinks for 15 minutes after being sat. After awkwardly being asked to order our meals in the mean time, that became the last time we saw our server until checking on the steaks (and doing nothing to rectify the temperature inconsistencies), and then finally at the end to deliver the check.

Glad we did it as it certainly made for a memorable occasion, yet we'll seek to find something new next time.

Food: 4/5
Ambiance: 5/5
Service: 3/5

This is an expedited restaurant yet the ribeye was amazingly well cooked and the flavor was out of this world.
Funnel dessert is a great option for this craving some sweet

Outstanding settings. Outstanding attention and service. My steak was not up to a $70 NY Strip. I've had much much better steaks.
Cream of corn was over powered by truffle. Cream off spinach lacked enough flavor. I wish the food was just as perfect as the outstanding service and ambiance

I have eaten here many times over the years and my steak was always very good, which is why I always go back. However, this time my steak was terrible. It was overcooked with an almost burnt crust. I ate half of my steak and could not finish the rest. My colleagues also did not like their steaks and were surprised on the poor quality at such high prices. Even the service has declined.

Shared the Seafood tower, large dry aged ribeye for 2 and broccollini plus truffled corn sides. Seafood tower was super fresh and on point. Steak was delicious, maybe slightly over cooked from medium rare. Just enough food for the three of us without feeling stuffed.

After much research I selected them for my boyfriend s 40th Birthday Saturday.

It took over 7 mins to even be greeted and after drinks we received another server. By mid entree our server went missing for 20 minutes and was never found. We had to ask for assistance.

Another server took over to close us out. He recognized the birthday after I was paying the bill of over $350 for two. No manager acknowledged us. Unfortunately my expectations in service are higher for such an establishment.

The atmosphere is beautiful but it was 114 degrees that day and opening the large window to showcase the waterfall that is clearly visible without made the inside for patrons wishing to dine in the cool not enjoyable. Jacket and formal attire seemed pointless.

The meal itself was very good but we attended the new Mayfield on Sunday and it blew them away all around.

SW steakhouse is located in the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada. The Wynn is known for being a high class hotel so walking into SW Steakhouse I expected nothing less than high class. When you come in a wraparound stairwell and the hostess will be seen. The entire crew is buttoned up, tucked in, and hair neatly styled. We were politely greeted by the hostess and after about five minutes we were seated. We were originally seated inside but where we were sitting we could see the two doors open to the outdoor dining area which sits on the water. My group quickly decided we would prefer to sit outside and once we made our waiter aware they picked up everything for us and moved us outside as requested. Sitting outside looking onto the water was absolutely beautiful; the trees outside lit up. Sitting outside you see a giant screen which holograms are broadcasted onto while music plays and a clear ball that lights up in different colors floats over your heads. My brother and I ordered the seafood pasta with Alaskan crab but my sister ordered the T-bone steak. The pasta melts in your mouth and takes you to a place as if you ve been starving for months and this is your first meal. The pasta is delicately prepped and served beautifully on a large plate which is placed right in front of you. The T-bone steak was ordered medium rare and that s exactly what was served. It was juicy and tender; you would want to beg for more but the plate left you more than full. My only complaint might ve been the prices are a bit high. Our bill was about $300 but considering the scenery, the quality of the food, and how high-class the restaurant is, the price makes sense. The restaurant was excellent and I would recommend.

After we got sited, waiter took around 15 minute to introduce himself and take our drink order, another 15 minutes for the drink to get to our table. I was surprised because I have celebrate past year dinner anniversary and it was five stars experience. I want to think something wasn't right on that day, but when you spend $$$$on a dinner you expect nothing but the best. One thing I would give credit is to the chef, the food was excellent.

The servers pick up plates from table when some guests of the table are still eating... Wine is served without offering to have it served by decanting. The wine is full of sediments which is normal however considering the price tag of the wine and the quality of the restaurant, they should offer to aerate the wine to eliminate the sediments from being in the glass. The whole table had issues with their wine and we saw more sediments in the glass. We even spoke to manager and he thought we were ridiculous and his only excuse was that they only have 12 decanters... He walked away from the table angry without looking at me and the rest of the table respectfully. No class and no respect from a manager. We didn't even ask for anything from him or the restaurant. We simply wanted to explain to him that it's not normal and they should acknowledge that issue... I give it a 2 stars because food is good... Expensive but expected for that restaurant.

Before I begin, let me say that the service was impeccable. I had just had an almost identical dinner the night before back home in SF. Needless to say, I was much happier eating in SF.

It was probably normally a delicious meal, just people sitting around my table were on cellphones (or they were ringing), being obnoxious (I thought a $175 steak would weed those types out of the dining room), and just generally not creating a quiet and luxurious environment.

Everything had this feeling (and taste) of being good parts, but together made each dish WAY too rich.

I'm just wondering how obsessed is to obsessed about your guests napkins? My girlfriend had her napkin neatly placed on the table beside her plate, waiter comes places it in her lap as she is in midst of eating, she places it back neatly beside her plate, waiter comes back by and puts her napkin in HIS pocket and walks away. Seriously?!

Besides that I was not overly impressed with the food but the rest of my table enjoyed theirs, only one ordered steaks and he said it was definitely top three favorites.

The best! My son loved the steak tartare. I really liked the foie gras, and my Wife was amazed by the giant frog! My son also really liked the melting chocolate case around the rocky road. We loved the way the staff treated us and made us feel special, we had the best seats in the restaurant! [this is actually George C-D 8-years of age writing off my dad's account]

While the service was excellent and the scallops that my partner ordered were good, the steak that I ordered was dry and flavorless. The quality was close to something that you would expect at the Cheesecake Factory instead of what is supposed to be one of the best steakhouse in Las Vegas.

We've been here 4 times now and did not have the attention we had received before. I bragged about this place to my sister because they were so unbelievably attentive but unfortunately this time we had one waiter and he was very busy. Although she said it was the best steak she had e we had I was a little disappointed as we did not receive the same service as the last three times. No putting my napkin on my lap, pulling out my chair when I came back from the restroom, my husband's steak was not butterflied or Medium Well as he asked. I felt like toward the end when we ordered dessert that our waiter was ready to go home. I give it four stars for the ambiance and the side dishes. We had augratin, Mac and cheese (which was so creamy and delicious), and truffle creamed corn. The creamed corn was everyone's favorite. Just the right amount of truffle flavor that did not over power. The cookies dough Cheesecake is always the best dessert. I will say that the waiter knew his wines very well and suggested a Reisling that she actually drank. We didn't want to spend hundred's or even thousands of dollars on a bottle of wine so my husband and I each had a glass, split a glass then split a glass of dessert wine at the waiters suggestion which was perfect.

WE expected so much more! It is anything but a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Called to make reservations, young women said there was a dress code, That was BALONEY. People were casually dressed - a BIG disappointment. The food was mediocre. Foie gras was served with blueberry jam, REALLY!!!?? Crab cakes were fishy. Snapper was a very small portion, with bad tasting sauce and a scary, tasteless black rice.. Service was O.K. Sometimes the waiter was around and sometimes we couldn't find him. Had to ask another waiter our questions. GO TO PICASSO at the BELLAGIO if you want a wonderful meal. Don't go here!!!!!!!!
