Food and service we're impeccable. I sat by the Lake of Dreams and the shows during your meal were amazing.

This restaurant was a little off the beaten path and we had to ask for directions from several people in order to find it. The service was great, the food was very good, but it was a little pricey.

when we find this restaurant we have really high expect on it, but the truth is so disappointed.
we all order steak that night, so ask the server to pair a bootle of wine for us, and he bring one said he think it will go great with the steak, and open it ask us to TRY if we like it. OK here comes the problem, most of the restaurant I been to ( cheaper than is one or expansive than this one, both ) if you say you don't like it they ask me do you want to try something else right away. ( sometimes I keep sometimes I change just depend on how I really like the taste.) but the server turn his face right away after we said we think is too dry for us. He said if we let the wine decant a little bit will be fine and pour out the wine without ask us if we really want to take it! OK fine. if he feels return the wine is trouble then we take it.
But then we wait a long time to get our food like 30 mints for appetite and 40 mints for the steak. but the worst thing we mad is that people around us that sit down after us already finish their food when we got our food. and we taste the food and feels really sorry about it. it's not a food quality that should comes out from a high class restaurant. its totally oily than any restaurant I ever try! we ask for to go boxes after we taste a little, cause don't want to wast time on the bad service and so so food. one of our friend is very mad and write down how she feel on the ticket. but no manager come to us and ask what happen, only the waiter come and said the wagyu beef is suppose be marble and oily! sounds like we never try before! come on, the wagyu beef originally come from Japan. of cause we know how it should taste. and also we try kobe and wagyu all over the place, there are so many restaurant doing lot better than them. we even try the wagyu beef sashimi the other night at another restaurant in vegas. no one taste that worst like here!!! I feel really pity for the steak cause they wast a such good wagyu steak.
I won't said its the worst food I ever try but its worst service I ever got. we leave without hearing they say a words "sorry".
they are racist I think! cause other white people since been treat very well. so if you are not a white people do not go there to spend so much money and get bad food and worst service.
one of my friend said that normal in vegas cause the server get their tips so easy, but if you are truly a high class restaurant that you will train your server to treat every one the same way, the good way!

It is a bit too expensive for what you get . Certainly did not meet my expectations as I was expecting much more. Rooms are fair sized and views are good. Hotel does not have the feel of luxury, and at best is a good place to stay, as on the strip pretty accessible. Probably better than most other hotels..

This is one of the BEST restaurants I have ever eaten at!!! Hands down my favorite ever! I just can t put into words just how good everything was here! The service was spectacular, the food was even better, the wine was so good, and they even have a water show for you to enjoy while you absolutely enjoy your dinner! SW stake house has some of the best food and stakes I have ever ever had!! Surprisingly the sea food was just as gooood! I can not believe how great everything was! The octopus had to be one of my favorite sea food dishes!!! It could be a challenge to get a reservation here as the wait list is very long but if you are staying at the Wynn you will be able to get a little bit of a priority but make your reservations before you get to Vegas just to make sure you get a table which I promise you you will not be disappointed!!! I LOVED this place so much I ate here almost every night!!

Great service, good food, nice ambiance. Met a co-worker for dinner. He had the bone-in prime, Au Gratin potatoes, and broccoli. I had the octopus salad, an 8 oz Kobe Strip, and lobster. All very good. Price is a little on the high side, meal was around $750 ($500 of which was my Kobe steak) without any alcohol, but we'll worth it in terms of value. The staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth checking out

Service was great. One of our steaks was too raw. Reminded me of Flemmings but not quite as good.

Best Steakhouse I've been to in Vegas. Very professional and customer service is exceptional..

Excellent steaks and wine selection. Nice ambiance and private room option for larger parties.

The food was very good but prior to the meal I made it clear that I have celiac and needed to eat gluten free. They assured me that wouldn't be an issue. Usually in a high priced steak house I don't have any issues. It's actually pretty easy to eat gf at those kinds of places.

The issue came when I got to dessert. I ordered a creme brulee which is typically gluten free. They assured me that it was no issue and the whole thing is gf. The dessert came topped with some small cookies and puff things as well as some blackberries. Now normally I would double check cookies or anything else that looks like it could be an obvious source of gluten but since they assured me I tried it. I took a bite of the cookie and it didn't seem gluten free (texture was not like rice or other common gf cookie ingredients).

Not 30 seconds later a server rushed up to me and asked me to stop eating. They explained that the cookies were not gluten free and apologized profusely. Unfortunately, it was too late and the damage was done. I ended up spending the entire night in the bathroom and much of the next day. I also had to take a flight out the next day. Really not a great situation to be in.

To be clear I understand the risks of eating out with my condition, which is why I don't do it very often, but when you're traveling for business you don't have too many choices. I decided to spend more to eat here based on previous knowledge that restaurants like this typically provide better service and do a better job at cross contamination.

They took the dessert off the bill, but that's really not much compensation. I have mixed feelings about posting a negative review because the food and service was excellent and it's clear they just made a mistake. I hope by posting a 1 star review their management will see this review and realize that even a small amount of allergen can really cause a lot of damage.

If you're going to eat here and you need a special request, just make sure you double check and trust your instincts if it doesn't seem right.

The atmosphere was beautiful and it was welcoming. I would love to give this place a better review, but the food. I had an item off of the chef's selection and it was very bland. So I added a lobster to try and make up for it, but the lobster was tough and tasted like grass I've had better lobster at chain restaurants that were land locked. I will not be coming back and I honestly wish I had had a better experience, and had my money back instead.

Service was great, will be back. The steaks, sides and drinks were all excellent. They do need to change up the show it has been the same for a few years. Overall a great experience and if anyone wants a great experience this is the place.

The right place for steak in Las Vegas. Make sure you have the appetite for the large servings.

Reservations recommended. Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake. Service was impeccable & the food was excellent. My husband s bone-in rib-eye was melt in your mouth with so much flavor it was ridiculous. Everything was perfect from start to finish, flawless eating experience we won t forget. I would definitely recommend this steakhouse.

We've eaten there for lunch and we also used them to cater a work lunch. The restaurant is clean. The staff is great. The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is small so you may have to wait for a table. But the food comes quick after you order. The chicken, gyro meat, pitas and hummus, fresh veggies/salad, rice, tzatziki are all delicious.

Dined at SW Steakhouse on Dec, 8, 2017 for my daughter's 30th birthday. We were a party of 7 people. Service was great as well as the bread basket and the birthday cake we ordered but we very disappointed in the food. Steaks were not cooked well and not seasoned, all the sides we ordered were lacking in taste and no enjoyed there meal. Considering we had been there before and were looking forward to going again, it was a big let down.

Food was excellent! Service was excellent! S how was excellent! Price was a little high.

Great steaks and seafood with a comfortable atmosphere. We were seated on the outdoor area next to the lake. It is Christmas Eve and the temperature is in the low 50's, but we were perfectly warmed by the precisely positioned heaters. The food and presentation were great. The soup was super salty, but that was the only complaint we had. To add on top of everything, we were greeted with a different entertaining show on the lake every 30 minutes. Overall, it is a great place to bring friends and family.

Good wine, food and ok view. Make sure to make a reservation in order to get a table at the balcony, otherwise you ll have to sit inside.

Went a couple years ago. Absolutely the best service and food. The price point is $$$$ but only if I ever get to have went one time it was worth it. Had at the table 3 filets, Almost a 2lb lobster dressed out and a kobe wygua appetizer i believe 6 or 8oz. Never had real wygua alot of people market it but this was the real thing. Melts in mouth

As good as advertised, even from the high end price. Excellent ribeye and wonderful sides. Great ambiance, especially if you can get a seat with a view of the waterfall.

The Wynn steak house served best steak I ve ever had in my life.

Large party= 11 for a get together , service was outstanding, shared Chateaubriand which was so tender you could cut it with a fork, tomahawk rib eye excellent choice as well. Great steak house, will definitely return, not too loud, our party were able to converse on Sat evening 7pm.

Best things we ate: steak tartare, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, amazing bread basket. Absolutely gorgeous interior, but sit outside if the weather is nice.

What an experience food was so amazing and the view outside was beautiful. OMG and the pretzel bread!

Surprisingly disappointing steak and sides. Had a double cut 40oz ribeye that was chili rubbed. The rub was good however a good 1/3rd of the steak was overcooked, causing a good chunk of the steak to be tough or chewy. Which was quite a shame since it was a good cut of beef.

Also, we ordered 3 sides (brussel sprouts, cream corn, and au gratin potatoes) to go along with the steak and they were all underwhelming. The brussel sprouts were shreaded! We were not expecting that and it didn't really work. The cream corn was more cream than corn, as the corn was mashed into fine bits instead of just corn kernels. The au gratin was fine and what we expected but not really exceptional in any way.

The appetizers were actually the best part of our meal, especially the king crab soup.

Service was great and what one would expect at a high end fine dining establishment.

Top notch restaurant! Great service, food and ambiance. Beautiful small bar at entry for pre dinner cocktails. Gorgeous euro style outdiir patio to dine on, with the famous Wynne LED light and water show. Never tires!

My wife and I went there to celebrate her birthday. It was really an excellent experience! From start to finish we had to of the line service!

The service was top quality. We had one main waiter who was very friendly and helpful and made sure that our service was top quality. At no time did we have to wait for anything.

The food was a great experience on its own. I love rare meat and this was melting on my mouth. So delicious that I could cut it with a spoon.

SW even treated my wife with a very delicious birthday cake.

The restaurant on its own was memorable. We were seated on the edge of the terrasse and inside. From here we could see the fountain show which changed multiple times over night and still enjoy the cooler inside.

I can definitely recommend going here. Remember to book ahead and follow the dress code.

A colleague had recommended me to check out SW Steakhouse, a steakhouse located in the Wynn Resort that offers entrees for both carnivores & vegans.

Our servers Lea and Katie took care of our food and drink needs. While we were waiting for our food, we nibbled on bread. The bread basket consisted of trio of breads - pretzel baguette, bacon and cheddar biscuit/scone, and baguette served with rosemary and fennel infused butter.

SHE SAID YES!!! I researched this restaurant because this was my 1st time visiting Las Vegas, I proposed and she said yes. AMAZING restaurant, beautiful decor, delicious meal. Someone here gave a review and recommended the waterfront dining all I can say I WOW!! 4/27/14

A true spectacle in Vegas, an extremely high quality dining experience with some entertainment - the terrace seating is extremely valued. Everything was great.

Beautiful steakhouse and even better menu! Service was great, and the server accommodated some allergies at our table. We were a group of ten and the food arrived promptly and fresh.

Came here for my birthday! Everything was perfect! Wagyu was definitely worth it. Truffle Creamed corn was very rich but it is must have.

The Chile rubbed double rib eye is a great combination of spices and steak. Try avoiding the jalapeno. Service was top notch. Make note of the dress code before making a reservation. The side dishes were good. Dessert was ok. Would certainly go there again for the Chile rubbed steak :)

The service we received here probably can't be topped at any other restaurant ever! Constant water and soda refills and the starter bread was amazing! We ended up with an outdoor view of the man made lake they have and it was great. The food was on par with the price, from the steak to the scallops to the deep fried apple pie. Everything was so detailed and yummy. Definitely have to go to experience at least once!

Beautiful. Amazing Service. Steak was not bad, not the best. The experience as a whole was totally worth it.

Never mind the price. This isn't the Golden Corral so don't be shocked that 4 oz. of Kobe is $325. That said, the service was impeccable, as was the food. We stayed there in April and there's a reason they are one of the few 5 Diamond properties on the strip. They go above and beyond to accommodate and make sure you're satisfied with everything. Well worth the price for a meal worthy of a Michelin star. Ironically, we ate at the Michelin star Chinese restaurant and although it was amazing, if I had to choose which one to award the star to, it would be the steakhouse.

Best restaurants at the Wynn if you are wanting steak. They will explain to you the menu and my boyfriend and I could split the meal cause it was a large steak. The view we had was amazing we saw the waterfall show which was great. The staff is amazing as well

Lovely ambiance, food very good. Brussel sprouts sounded great but disappointed which is why I gave 4 stars. Ask for table with water view. A loud customer talking on cell should have been handled by waiter or host, but wasn't-- maybe this comes with Las Vegas, but this customer should have stepped out of the dining room and shouldn't have been allowed to persist in the interest of other customers! Otherwise, very enjoyable place.

We've eaten here twice and both times the food was divine. As many have stated, patio/outside seating is the way to go (if you can).
The outside entertainment is just as awesome as the food. Do not hesitate to go here. It IS spendy but you get what you pay for

The Wagyu kobe steak was amazing. While it is $220 for 4 oz, it was well worth it. The mushrooms were also great. Huge portion and seasoned perfectly.

Had the welcome back fixed price menu. Was terrific. Solid service from the staff.

My 9oz filet came out and it was cooked perfectly, however there was a terrible bloody vein inside the middle of the steak. This caused me to have to send the steak back and get a new one, to me this should not happen at a place like this

Staying at Wynn so had to try it. They have a ribeye that was on food tv as best thing I have eaten. It's really good but not best steak I have had. Service was fantastic and wine selection is Amazing!

Amazing food and service! Everything you want in a high end steakhouse.

This was our first time here. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. The service was outstanding, the drinks were great, the food came hot and very quickly, the steaks were cooked perfectly. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will be making reservations with SW Steakhouse every time we are in Las Vegas. The whole experience was worth the money we spent on dinner. I will HIGHLY recommend to all of my family and friends.

If you're debating between SW and Prime, I say definitely hands down SW. Cocktails were great, service was awesome and food was amazing, ordered the filet and it was perfectly cooked. If you could get a table outside by the lake/waterfall I definitely recommend it, it adds to your whole experience for sure, although the indoor seating is superbly decorated and chic too!
