If suffering a mental health crisis and it's your last alternative they will help you

Call system is confusing and no one normally answers. Doesnt have a simple call system for just appointments unless you have the time to press every single one to guess which one is for appointments

Completely ignored my calls at first, when I finally got a response she was incredibly rude and they refused to even see me

Was sent to them by my daughters psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and was told our daughter is just a spoiled child and was sent away. No help in any way at all. She has had past traumas and out lashes in anger but yet according to them she is just spoiled. Worst place ever. They couldn't even guide us in a direction of where to go.

You guys are terrible. Incompetent workers, rude customer service not to mention the therapist I was assigned to, had no clue what she was doing.

My husband and I just moved here from another state. We were taken on here at the clinic and have been provided a wide range of services to cover our individual needs. We were assessed and given treatment plans that have helped us both become more productive in our lives.
Doctors, nurses, therapists and case managers all work as a team to help me be successful in my treatment and I hope to have a job soon and enroll in there educational program.
There are also s broad range of groups they encourage you to go to. There are addiction services and other programs targeted at addiction.
I understand they also have care for children and older adults!
I honestly cant say enough here you should go to the open access clinic. They are there to help all you need to do is ask

back in 2014 it was a total mess.... As of today better services higher quality. #DR. BARNETT, #DR.ELLIS, AND #DR SHANK BEST TEAM AS OF TODAY. Present time 2017 the best receptionists, they are
very attentive and answer most of your questions if not they provide you with community resources where you can get the help your looking for.

Thankful this place is great for my daughter, very friendly staff and wonderful care.

They don t have any groups besides art and out doors

Try to get your health insurance to cover mental health before applying here once this place accepts you, you can't get mental health services covered through your insurance. Only here! Make sure you know laws, call state mental health ombudsman for help if you are denied services!
