I did my first mortgage when I bought my house back in 2014 and since then I have Refianance twice. Sutherland mortgage has far exceeded in customer service. All three times I dealt with the agen names Chester (Abhijeet) . Chester (Abhijeet) was very friendly and always kept me in the loop all three times. He ensured that I was pre-qualified before I bought the house and worked with me at every step during the purchase process. He took personal care that I was satisfied with the rates and monthly mortgage amount. He evened took curtesy to call me later and helped me refinance to remove my PMI, the second time along as well he called me after years to help me find the lowest interest rate on 20 year loan. He personally takes care of his clients and keeps track of interest rate so that his clients receive the best service. He took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process very easy with online paperwork and having the notary agent come to my home when needed. He even worked and got me around to not do the appersial third time along. I would really really recommend Sutherland Mortgage services and specially Chester (Abhijeet) Please if you do use Sutherland, ask for Chester (Abhijeet). He will even speak in Hindi if you like kuddos to him.
