Karen in the mortgage department asked me many questions including my employment history BEFORE pulling my credit. Then she asked for permission to pull the report, called me back and said I wasn't approved because I haven't worked for the same company for the last 2 years. This she knew before adding an inquiry to my report which drops your score. Thanks for being dishonest. Maybe it's similar to retail stores where the employees get incentives to get people to apply rather they are approved or not. That's wrong.

No one ever answers the phone when I call, on top of it they want to update their online banking app and now it locked me out! The whole point of me trying to call them bc I have been out of the state for a week which I ve tried contacting them for 5 days now NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER! Literally the WORST BANK EVER

This place is a joke. They will ruin your credit. I opened account here unknowingly while buying a camper from Delmar RV which is another story on its own. Since then they have been impossible to deal with and I have been 9 months trying to get them to auto draft from my other account. They say it's ok now but my credit is now screwed and they say there is nothing they can do about it and I haven't been able to talk to a manager yet. This is a bad business. I've been dealing with them for a year now so this reweiw is from experience. I'm probably going to seek legal help to get this right. All they have to do is own up to their mistake.

The lobby atm is working, but no sound to let you know your transactions are being processed. Takes forever to complete a transaction. Personnel attitudes are not exactly customer oriented.

This bank is such a small bank and have a negative work for small business. I have couple bank estimate loan bank for PPP. And have a some positive bank. But not this bank. Mine is just open for a couple months before this disaster. And the guy from NY called me and said I m not eligible just because I just open a business. But the policy doesn t say anything for business just open before the disaster. So my asking is the CEO needed to work this guy and promote another guy. If you let this working for you. You will loose some more business. Thanks

Would give negative stars if I could. Customer service /ease of use at this bank is a total joke. Trying to find out simple information outside of their small window of business hours is impossible. Please come join us all in the 21st century.

Unfortunately the lobby and drive through ATM's never work. I find myself having to use other banks all the time just for the atm. It's honestly pitiful, I'm not talking 1 or 2 times, I've visited about 30 or so times where the atms just do not work. Milford Tidemark has seaford branch beat by a thousand miles and a half. Very stressful when the friday before rent is due your own credit union doeant want to cooperate :(.
