Been there for years. Always as good. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. Good price.

It does what it needs to do; cater groups of people that entertain themselves with eating for a night. Quality of food is decent but not spectacular.

The standard sushi concept. A card from which you can order 25 dishes in five rounds. For around 20 euros you can completely unload yourself until you can no longer say porridge. The food is okay, but don't expect great things. Price quality is good.

Come here at least once a year, great food and top service! I recommend it.

Just like the previous writers had the same unpleasant experience. Very long wait and incomplete orders. You almost had to beg to drink. Outside the dry squid rings the quality was certainly good. Cozy and atmosphere full restaurant and plenty of choice. We regularly get there.

Great food despite the huge crowds quickly served. Top dishes even if you don't want to eat traditional Sushi or no fish at all. Very varied menu and the sesame ice cream is nothing short of amazing.

Think the food is deteriorating.

18.30 we arrived. 1.5 hours later, round 2 was not yet complete, and most of us also part of round 1. Asking staff whether they want something to drink is an unknown phenomenon for staff. With difficulty being able to speak to an employee (star) for drinking. 25 minutes later the 2 ice tea were finally at the table. When we said this, we got an arrogant look to the top and the comment then you just have to walk to the bar, there you can make a complaint. 2 round drinks (requested of course) also took so long. Reiterate that it is very long. However, this man thought he should talk through it quickly and walk away to "check" it. Dishes have been forgotten and wrong dishes have been given. In the meantime, the staff felt it was necessary to have the air conditioning suddenly blow into our necks. Indicated that this is not nice. After sitting for a while (1.5 hours) with a vest and hood, only one waitress came to ask if we would be cold. Finally ordered 3 mango ice cream and 1 vanilla ice cream for dessert. And yes, we got 3 vanilla and 1 mango. In short; unfriendly, unprofessional staff, bizarre waiting times and a lot of ignorance. The food tasted great, just a pity that you got 1 snack per half hour. You will NOT see me here again.

Favorite restaurant in the region. Nice people, fast and good service and always good food. Hopefully we can eat there again soon. Recommended!

Very nice welcome always busy that say enough about the food and know everything

Yesterday evening with a team of 15 people orphans eating here. A very messy evening. Too much did not go well. Also, 6, 4, 5 people had to fill in everything on 1 card. That also caused a lot of confusion. Unnecessary mistakes were made by staff. The food did not come, or partially, 1 person just got 1x nothing in 1 round and after many discussions it got it.
No, it doesn't work this way. Certainly not with a large group, becomes very messy, and that is a great pity.
Food also tasted good. But would not recommend the restaurant to others

The shusi was not really fresh. Next time again to Dordrecht

when would sushi ever get bored? At least not with sushi Zhu. Tasty sushi and lots of choice and then affordable and attractive too. Top tent.

We eat here regularly. Better restaurant than many a chain. Friendly service and the owners really make you feel welcome. They are definitely worth 5 stars!

Once you have the food it is tasty! But wow ..... sit for 1.5 hours and round 1 is not even fully served. Bringing a drink also takes 25 minutes and you get an arrogant head if you say something about it. She also gave the reaction / comment "sorry, I can't do anything with that then you have to go to the manager at the bar". Special .....

For years the tastiest restaurant I know personally. Nice staff, attractive location. Is full every day and therefore unfortunately sometimes difficult parking.

Always good reception. Food quality is always fresh and good. We eat there regularly and it never gets boring.

Even though it is busy, you can pick up sushi and you only have to wait 15 minutes (on weekends)
What I do miss specifically for pick-up, are various boxes so that you have the choice. Now there is only 1 very large box.

We all have a bad experience in a generally good restaurant. Well I have to say that Sushi Zhu has fallen seriously due to the failure. The food, once it was there, was very tasty, but if you are still waiting for things from the second round after an hour and a half while the first round wasn't complete either, I can only give 1 star for this experience. Add to that the fact that we had to wait an average of 20 minutes for our drinks, then the end result is that we will probably never eat here again. Very sinful!

Got some sushi here. It was neatly packed, ready quickly including wasabi and soy sauce. Sushi tasted really good

Tasty sushi and other dishes. Portions are quite large and therefore lack some refinement. Unlike other sushi restaurants, you often have very large seats here and this is very nice.

Christmas Day. Delicious food, at the end of the evening the snacks were less of a taste ??
Very expensive for what an average person eats, at Christmas there are always a few euros on top.
Toilets very messy and not to mention fresh.
Playing, screaming children in the stairwell, toilet and hall.

Good food, you have to take the time and not be in a hurry.

For food, I will go for Matuya or Sushi King in Ridderkerk before.

First impression, from the outside, did not promise much good. Arrived inside this made up for a lot. Nicely decorated sushi restaurant with friendly staff. Despite the crowds, the food arrived quickly at the table. The food itself was tasty, but the sushi could have been rolled tighter (sometimes fell apart). All in all a cozy restaurant where I expect to come more often.
