Will not be visiting there again. It wasn't very clean

Clean with lots of space we will definitely stay here again!

It's very nice but would be better without this virus going around and warmer whether but all in all it is a nice place

The first pic is the grand crowne building 1 and 2 which overlook the golf course from where i took the picture. There are 3 types of rooms, A, B and C. A has a decent separate kitchen but small living room, C is open kitchen, living dining all together but not much counter space and B is the best. B is open but much larger and perfect if you do a lot of cooking and making your own meals, etc. All three have a separate bedroom. Thought i would take some pics in the midst of real life lol. We use it as a workation and B unit is perfect for that. Very friendly staff and very clean. We have been coming for over 10 years and will continue. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because while the indoor pool is amazing you have to drive a mile away to get to the smaller outdoor pool located at Carriage Crossing. I would reccomend to any family. God Bless!!!

The women that checked us in, Monica, was awesome. Very friendly and made sure I knew what needed to happen next and for check out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed besides food.
I had to call maintenance due to a light randomly not turning on and they were great also.
It is a great central location to get places but is far enough away you can relax without a lot of noise going on. Will definitely go back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well-appointed, clean resort. We were able to travel with our Sheltie, and they have provided a grassy, fenched pet poo area, which is a nice accommodations! The pool and hot tubs were fantastic.

The 3 rooms that all our families had were clean & had everything we needed in them. We were able to join all the rooms or lock our sections to separate, which worked perfectly for our family get together. I loved the setup.

We have been staying at Grand Crowne Resort for probably about 13 years now. My whole family enjoys staying there and we always feel very relaxed. Staff is always friendly. The condos have been updated multiple times. We enjoy the activities .We have never traded off our timeshare because we always look forward to coming to Branson and staying at Grand Crowne.

I love my stay and my grandson especially liked the jacuzzi tub .

Clean and friendly! We had 2 bedrooms and 3 baths with a kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets included! Short distance from everything. Nice little balcony sitting area off the back. Will definitely book again.

Roomy and clean. Great golf course but no outdoor pool!

Spent the week between Christmas and New Years in Branson at the GCR, Building 7. Good room sizes but the furnishings are dated, old style tube TVs have not been replaced and the showers are small, low water pressure and shower heads need replacement. Would not return unless the resort undergoes some major renovations and updating.

Our family has stayed here for several years for vacation. Location by golf course is great & close enough to downtown. Always CLEAN CLEAN & well maintained(!). Staff is helpful & prompt. Jetted tub is so big & relaxing. View from Balcony is always excellent. (I love watching the squirrels around the trees.)

Nice rooms and spaces, unfortunate that not all amenities are on site.

Loved our stay. Room had fully furnished kitchen and in the room was a hot tub. Balcony off the room also. We went swimming in the indoor pool area! Very clean and nice.

Had a nice bed room with bath, kitchen and TV room. Very clean a comfortable and furnished we all we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the activities staff. Have pool and exercise room along with activities center that always HAS something goingm

Staying at Grand Crowne Resort in Branson is great. It is centrally located, has an indoor pool and an arcade. But best of all are the rooms. Since we needed 3 bedrooms, we got 3 - 1 bedroom units that are connected to each other. Of course that tickled the kids to no end, to have their own apartment. Especially the 8 year old grandson. Loved every minute.

Make sure you never stay in bldg 2 -1 no cell reception

The grounds and facilities are nice and well maintained, but I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars cause the beds are a lot more horrible than I remember from my stay here last year. So much so that I now have back, neck, and shoulder pain and thus barely got any sleep. And the couch wasn't any better. I've slept on hospital beds that were more comfortable than what they have here. They definitely need to switch to mattresses that are more comfortable. The location is excellent, though, and the service was also great.

Nice resorts with good ammenties. Would like to have a garage or car port to protect our vechile.

Nice units with separate kitchen and living areas. Didn't make use of any of the amenities of the resort.

Family has a timeshare here. Units are clean and well kept. Public areas are well maintained. Security seems good. All and all a well-run operation.

One word- Jacuzzi! This is the main reason we decided to give them 4 stars. We had a 1 bedroom condo, and we were a little disappointed when we arrived. Everything was was smaller than expected. The bed is not a queen size bed- it is a full size. We asked the front desk about this, and they said it was a hotel queen. I will say that even though it was small, it was comfy and the pillows were very nice! The balcony was smaller than expected, and the couch was hard and uncomfortable. The table and kitchen were very small as well. The Jacuzzi tub, however did not disappoint! It was so nice, powerful enough, and it was perfect after a long day of hiking. The location was our second favorite part of the resort. We had a great view of the golf course from our balcony, and the location was great. We enjoyed being far enough from town to have a quiet atmosphere, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoy our stay!

My family is typically goes to Branson a year, and we always stay at Grand Crowne! We love the condos, regardless of where we are, and enjoy our stay every time.

I love the rooms at Grand Crowne. They're clean, spacious, and affordable. It is located about a block off of the main strip, so it's extremely convenient.

Horrible room was out of date box tv still ,my sister stayed on the other side by the lobby and she had an updated room
Another thing is my car is Modified so it's a little bit louder than normal.........they have security guard that look at u crazy..
And the biggest problem was I have a 3 month old daughter who couldn't take a bath cuz the knob wouldn't work and they refused to move us... But they are very clean and the rooms are cheap

It had a huge Jacuzzi that I loved! But there wasnt separate shampoo and conditioner, it was 2 in 1. Also, the pull out bed's mattress was really flat and uncomfortable. It needed replaced.

I wish we could have stayed more than two nights!!! The rooms were amazing, the pool is huge, and my daughter (9) barely wanted to leave the pool and room! Will definitely stay again!!!

Very clean and quiet place. Even though they have a LOT of visitors the atmosphere was very nice. They have security around at all times. The staff was excellent in helping with anything we needed

This place is extreme! Took my elderly parents to Branson for a long weekend trip and chose Grand Crowne Resort to stay at for the first time ever. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. We had 2 king size beds in not only separate rooms but basically separate suites that had a connecting door. There was a total of 3 bathrooms (one had a jetted jacuzzi tub!), 2 full kitchens, a very large living room and a smaller living room, 4 TVs and a small patio! The rooms were perfect for our family, giving my parents their own sleeping space, yet allowing us to spend great family time together. We didn't really explore the rest of the resort, although I did see what looked like a very nice indoor pool, and there were several activities planned that we could have participated in had we wanted to. The resort is centrally located and easy to get to - from 76 and from the Yellow Route. It sits adjacent to Thousand Hills Golf course and the course provides a nice view from the patio! One of the best things about Grand Crowne Resort? We got all this for a very reasonable rate! I highly recommend them.

It was a pleasant stay and staff was pleasant and friendly. The pool was indoors and it was hard to stay in the inclosed area due to the smell of chlorine. It burned our eyes and gave us headaches. We tried to open the doors to get fresh air in and security kept closing the doors. This building definitely needs better ventilation. The rooms are nice just wished the resort invested in a view of some kind so when you sit on the balcony you don't see dirt roads power lines and cut brush/trees on vacation.

We have always had a good experience, when we have taken advantage of our time-share!!! We would like to have better opportunities when there has been an opportunity with Interval, The location in Branson is outstanding,but the activities there are pricing themselves out of a normal families capability of coming to Branson

Very spacious rooms overlooking a beautiful golf course & green space. Close to Branson shows and other activities yet in a very quiet environment.

Affordable and clean rooms with plenty of onsite activities

Absolutely great place to stay we are in the penthouse and it is a wonderful condo and lots of amenities. Would definitely suggest staying here again. Worth every penny

Was lacking a little on cleanliness. Bed was pretty comfy.

Horrible! I am so darn disappointed and unsatisfied. We are now currently guest and our room (rented 2 bedrooms) are absolutely nothing like the pictures. Plus its dirty! Stains on the furniture, walls, baseboards, and table. Our last trip to Branson we went to capitol resorts to do a trial of their points system. They gave us a tour of a really nice place, modern and just felt luxurious. If I wanted to vacation away from the comforts of home that would be the place to do it. Heh so we did the trial and booked our vacation for it here in Branson. This Crap room looks nothing like the rooms they showed us, looks like my grandmother came in and barfed all over the furniture its old and out dated, not like the photos or rooms we toured. Also smells musty and is dirty! Will not be making a future visit to this resort, and because of the presentation of what they showed versus the reality of what we got..we will not be entering another contract for the points system. When our trial is over we are absolutely done with it. I am also completely irked that I wasted almost all of our trial points on coming to this place!

Ok, as a resort, shampoos and soaps are mediocre, bring your own. Jetted tub was nice. Big enough for two comfortably. No complimentary breakfast.

Loved it. Clean. And like the fact that they have security. Also they have very comfortable beds. The whole condo is very nice. It's great for a couple or large group too. We had a large group and we had 3 attached rooms. Very nice for us all.

The room is clean but the air conditioning does not work well and the carpet needs to be stretched it is a tripping hazard. The kitchen cabinets needs something they are peeling.

Well maintained property. Friedly staff. Weent to a presentation on Travel Club. It is a scam to get your condo for free, plus to have transfer fees to pay, plus you have thousands to join plus fees. Amount was 19,999. To start with, then kept dropping down to $3000 if you hold out. Very highly pressure by Capitol. Don't fall for it!!!!!!!!!. It is a scam by Capital to control our association again.

Pretty great place to stay for our event. Timely responses to requests from housekeeping. Organization is the only downfall.
