Sureway International Inc. Review

Good quality for affordable prices. I have bought a few dozens of halogen bulbs for my house more than half a year ago and I am very satisfied with the results and the durability of the bulbs.

I order from sure once every couple months for all my packing and shipping supplies that I need for the warehouse at my business. My experiences have been good so far and will return as a customer.

Great service and fast delivery, reps were very helpful in sorting out what we needed in outfitting the new warehouse. Will use again in the future

I've been ordering lights from Sureway for many years, I've been very pleased with both the customer service and the product.

We got a 200 set of LED cables from them. We needed the electrician to install it; they recommended a great one to us. I m shocked how out of the way they go to help us. The customer service sales guys were helpful.

First off, I would like to say they have excellent customer service, also i would like to say that i 100% whole-heartedly reccomend and trust these people and this company and i wouldnt spend my time or money anywhere else after my experience with this company, absolutly outstanding buisness and would 10 out-of ten recommend this company to anyone out there looking for anything they supply. Great eletrical parts also, I got some replacements for my master bedroom.

I am a contractor in Mississauga and I needed 4 different types of lights for my buildings and homes that were being built/under renovation. They were able to provide different types of bulbs and deliver them to me within a timely matter. I will continue to use Sureway because they have been the most reliable option.

I had looked on their web site for a specific tool. I knew they had it because it said they had it in stock. Had it delivered the next day and was very pleased and surprised that I had receive a parcel the following day. Great experience and amazing customer service.

The product selection at Sureway especially harder to find lighting or electrical components is second to none. The Sales rep I dealt with also gave me some very helpful advice and pointed me in the direction of a product that might better suit my needs, it was a actually a cheaper option as well and more efficient.

BEWARE!

We've received calls from this company in the past and they offered a gift card incentive to place an order. I refused and asked not to be called again. They called back again but asked for a co-worker who was told that I normally order from them but couldn't get a hold of me. They coerced my co-worker into providing a PO and placed the order for overpriced bulbs in a large quantity.

They called again (on a private listed number) saying they are changing company names. This time they offer a Reebok NHL Jersey as an incentive to place an order for more bulbs... again... even though last time they called I asked for our company to never be called again.

Look at the "5-star" reviews and how the only people who give 5 star to Sureway have only given 5 stars to this new company "ProSource Canada Inc".

If you're looking for any type of industrial or commercial lighting and electrical parts, Sureway is a great resource. Not only is there product selection huge, but they can source older and hard to find parts. Also the sales staff is very helpful and can offer recommendations on the best options for whatever space you're looking to upgrade.

I always go to these guys for the lighting and wiring my company needs in our call centers and offices. They know their stuff and have always helped when I have questions. great people to work with.

The Staff's lighting knowledge is great. I was going to purchase a particular set of products to update the lighting in my warehouse to be more efficient, but they recommended a better option that actually ended up costing less than what I originally planned.

This company is extreme in their sales. Do not fall for their sales tactics, promising a free item (jacket for example) and then they discuss the product (light bulbs) with you and tell you they will throw it in with the jacket (making you think it is for free). Then send you a bill for the cost of the bulbs a month later. Very bad business ethics!!!

They offer you a jacket or sweater for a promotion they are having... than they try and tell you that they will also send you a box of lights for your shop.. which secretly costs you 1,200 or more. They are rude and really pushy also they will call and act like they know you and have dealt with you before... Never deal with these sleaze bags.
