The product started off ok then after the 1st year the battery failed they sent a replacement unit and 1 year later it failed again leaving me with no protection and said I needed to buy a replacement unit at full cost. I declined I then get chased repeatedly for payment for a non working unit avoid at all costs not a company to be trusted. Just after money and no value I fought if the item was stolen they would follow up and actually retrieve the item.
