I got here before my appointment. They put me in a door. It seems only one person is unloading which is fine because once they start you get unloaded in about 20 min. If you're in a door you get unloaded in the order you got there as far as I can tell. All in all took approx 2 hours. Once they tell you a door, swing left and wrap around to make a u turn to face the road. Rookies bring your a-game. It was fairly easy for me.

High level backing skill. Not really any overnight and busy. I've never got out of here under 2 hours.
Very fast very efficient. They will unload you the very quickly make sure you have an appointment. If you are coming up 65 make sure you take the 465 to the Mooresville exit and take that to Garrett road if you're following Google do not take alternate 72 to Bobby Garrett it is truck restricted.
Great place to unload didn t take bout a 1hr considering one pallet fell and it s best for sleepers to back in from the street
Had to back in from street. No room to maneuver semi truck, place is designed for day cabs etc. If other trucks are in dock you can't turn around, that's why I had to back 8n from street.Other than that. Not to bad.
Got here at 8.30am, my app is at 9.00am, went to check in told me to wait in the truck. After 20 mins the guy behind me went to check in he got a dock. After some talking I got.a dock too. Now its 11.10am Im still not hooked to the dock. Disaster... just smoking cigarets and laughing and doing everything except their job!
Checked in at 7:06. Empty by 7:30. Every place needs to be this efficient.
