Worst service at Parimal branch opp. Krupa petrol pump. They have auto generated voicemail and don t pick up the phone.Today it was heights of everything. I paid cheque during the visit of technician but after that they didn t even did any intimation regarding report via mail or msg. So please check and go . They don t have any service authenticity.

They are hopeless lab they are never on time in report also and in collection of sample from home also..

Not on time for home blood collection ,30-40 minutes late

Last 3..to 4days I was trying to call nobody is picking a call no any contact number so we can talk directly.

Definately a good lab & service is also good, but i don't understand that in this e era why to not except e-payments online like paytm or google pay or bhim upi or even netbanking etc. Lab assistant comes for sample collection but they take cash only, reports are send via mail & sms but only after payment.. so only glitch here i felt is acceptence of e payments. With this facility patient or relatives can avoide coming to lab just for payment. I hope administration understands this.

Very bad experience. They take ppe kit charges from us but their technician comes without ppe kit. Nobody answers the helpline number. The staff needs to be property trained.

We were told we will get the report in late in the evening at 8pm. We were continuously calling and the reply we were getting was we are mailing you the reports. At 11pm they said the department is closed you will get tomorrow morning. Pathetic behaviour. And this was the second time this issue happened.

Impressed by on time visit by technicians.Excellent and experienced team of doctors and support staff is the key factor in reaching number one. All the best.

Highly disappointed with the service.
1) They won't mail the reports until one makes a call, inspite of payment.
2) Not punctual, if they are to come home and take samples for the test (in my case, a diabetic person had to wait for an hour and a half after the given time for the fasting blood test).
3) They don't pick calls at once, one has to wait for them to call back.

Most reliable lab for almost every blood test. They offer 10% discount on permanent customers. Supratech is one of top lab for blood related tests. Infrastructure should be improved. I see that old infrastructure since 12 years. I've attchached few photos that you can see.

I must say "It is the worst lab i have ever seen"
my personal opinion is not to visit the lab as i had a very bad experience .
They are a big zero in handling client
,as there is no token system
,furthermore they will just make you sit there like an idiot and keep you waiting for the blood test
They are not at all prompt in their work as well as they don't care about the time they have promised you for the final report
Adding more they are not even bothered to inform you if they are late with their work and will not even answer you nicely if you ask for anything ....

Supratech lab is well equipped with automated instruments to provide accurate reports and patients can easily understand their reports with the help of doctors in this lab. It's a lab with technology and experience

Had a Worst experience of my life,
Today 18 Feb 2020, had been at this place for all the reports by giving correct details, but at the time of receiving the reports there was a big error of Name mismatch which is not at all acceptable.

Yesterday a friend of mine got DDIMR reports done in Supratech report came so high he was going to get hospitalised and start severe injections but got doubt so got retested and his levels are next to normal. Pls avoid SUPRATECH as wrong reports can be life threatening.

Poor Service. don't even bother to send reports to hospitals and asking to collect. How are the hospitals going to keep person for collecting report?

We use their home visit service regularly. Perfect reports and efficient staff.

Too bad service.. they do not recieve calls after so many rings also and if they recieve, their staff does not know the details and without solving the query, they disconnect the calls... Pathetic service!!

Worst service and poor management, 3rd class illletereate staff, not aware regarding anything, their statement is contradictory along themselves only. Pathetic is the correct word for them.

Went for Covid testing, sanitizer machine didn't work, it's a filthy, unhygienic, run-down place. STAFF WAS DOING NOTHING ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING, suspected patients all crowded together when it could easily be managed with so few people at 8 am.

Employees from other states can't survive in this baised work environment.
No career growth. Especially in bioinformatics department.
Positions were filled based on recommendation cases.

It is not only lab that provides reports to patient , its a state of the art lab which is well equiped with all amenities and instruments for report accuracy.. one of the benefit is that patient can get more information about their reports with the help of doctors overthere..moreover staff of Supratech is toooo good and cooperative...plz experience yourself...

The worst lab i have ever visited. They don t care about the patient s life. None of them even had masks on. The staff was very rude and i eventually had to return without getting a test done. Never visit or rely on their reports. Would have given 1/2 star if possible

Very Advance laboratory and very polite reception staff and dr Pavan sir is very good human being and hardworking dr also.

I have visited this laboratory first time for my blood test and satisfied with their service. They have a good system for report delivery. I got a message when my reports were ready also got mail with all reports softcopy and payment receipt. Anothere great thing is they also mail my reports to doctor whom i am consulting.

They are not even attending calls, look at the professionalism they have.

I want to give zero star but not allowed so gave one .

Supratech laboratory is the one of the best micropathology laboratory after the unipath,
I am the regular customet of supratech laboratory , and the service provided by this is the best .

For home collection their arrangement is worse. Last moment they change the person detailed for the blood collection and the replaced person also does not turn up. The patient has to remain without water and food.

Not only today, this was my experience last month also.

I DO ALL MY BLOOD REPORTS FROM SUPRATECH ONLY SINCE 2016,
FROM LAST MANY DAYS I HAVE BEEN SEEN THAT THEY DONT HAVE ADEQQUATE AS WELL AS PROPER STAFF , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE BLOOD PROPERLY IN ONCE, THEY ARE NOT COMING ON TIME , NO PROPER RESPONSE LIKE WE DONT HAVE VISITOR STAFF OR WE DONT HAVE TIME, THIS ALL ARE THERE ANSWERS. HOPE THAT TEAM SHOULD REALISE WHATS GOING ON. NOW I HVAE SHIFTED TO GREENCROSS AGAIN BY SEEING THIS BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ME.
