Superior water and air Review

I m so extremely happy with the services provided by Shaun & team over at Superior Water & Air. My husband and I bought an older home and had a new water softener installed, maintenance done on our water filtration system, a new sink installed, a vanity installed, a washing machine installed and a few other small projects. They do everything! And not only do they do exceptional work, but the employees are the nicest people. The go out of their way to go above and beyond.
We ve had contract workers in and out of our house for months and none are more communicative and fantastic as Shaun!

We had an issue with our water purifying system. The gentleman who came out was right on time, very professional and helpful with all of my questions. He was very thorough and make sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Thanks!

We needed to replace our water heater. We received a Rheem Platinum. Very nice actually . All of the double layer ducts were also replaced, from the ceiling down. The service guys were very professional and complete. I was extremely happy with the job and the quality of their work. Anything that was needed was done and done well. Thanks so much guys. Alma was the ultimate service person. He was polite, explained things from the very beginning, and offered useful suggestions. He cooperated with the "cleanup" crew as they were busy removing water, carpet, and matting. He was a five star representative for the company that installed our water heater several years ago.

Great experience with Superior Water & Air! From beginning to end, Superior did a great job installing our new tankless water heater and water softener system.
Manuel just finished the final touches of the installation. He repaired two small cuts in the drywall/sheet rock and did a fantastic job. Very nice, professional and courteous. Completed the job quickly and arrived on time. He made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. I m very happy with my choice of superior to do this job!

Scheduled an appointment for Superior water and Air to come out and make sure the regulators were good from a 4 oz to a 2 lb regulator did not communicate with Dominion gas about shutting off our gas for more than 6 hours and didn't let the customer know it had been scheduled twice now they didn't offer any apologies or anything to how they were going to fix the problem as far as poor communication with the gas company and the customer it is taken care of now but will never use their service again. And office manager was not straight forward with any answers on how they were going to help us . Maybe some more training in there office end to help customers better or maybe more schooling on the manager side of it.

I was really impressed with Josh. He is the type of person I want in my home. Our furnace is in the basement and when he was finished, before he came up the stairs he turned out all the lights. Thank you Josh.

Josh the technician came out and did the best job of going through our furnace checks we have ever had. In addition he fixed our AC unit and provided some really good information about maintaining it.

I have used Superior to install new furnaces and A/C in 2 homes. I have had an issue just recently with my newest furnace. They have been outstanding with helping solve the problem! For any of the services they offer I will only use them! No guessing about what kind of work or guarantee you will get with them as opposed to the apps that help you find a pro . And their service tech s are always polite and well mannered!
They have my loyalty!
