Such a great pool maintenance company. Our pools were having various issues and they fixed everything. Outstanding compared to our past maintenance companies.

If you're looking to apply to Superior Pools don't, management is horrible and very unorganized. Just seems like the managers had no idea what they're doing. I worked with Nabil, he is very unprofessional at what he does and lies about how much you make.

Terrible pool cleaning and lifeguarding service. Do not recommend.

Superior Pool maintains the pool in the rental I live in would not recommend them to anybody the students they hire or lazy they don't clean the pool and a full-time staff always has excuse to come and fix the pool suggestion would not be for this company do my work

Terrible lifeguarding management. Never paid me properly and have no idea how to track payments.

Have been working with Superior since 2014. They are organized, friendly and effective at what they do. They keep their pools in top condition and respond in a timely manner to any maintenance requirements. The lifeguards they contract are very customer oriented and most importantly responsible. If you need a company to manage and maintain your pool this summer I would highly recommend Superior.

Very poor management, your shifts can be taken away at any point and you are expected to go to different (possibly dangerous) pools for other people who cannot show up. Office takes a very long time to reply to your emails. Overall would not recommend working here.

Was on contract at my condo. When we cancelled their contract they deliberately sent invoices hoping they would be paid.
When new management company came in six months later, they again sent invoices for a cancelled contract.
Very unethical.
I wonder how ACMO deals with this.
Do NOT hire them for your condo.

I live in the building 350 Red Maple Rd. Richmond Hill. that uses Superior Pools, they been here several times trying to fix the Jacuzzi and they haven t been able to fix it, I guess they don t know what they re doing.

The jacuzzi was out of service for about two weeks, the residents are wasting money on maintenance fees with a non-working jacuzzi in the building.

If you want a reliable company, find another company that knows what they re doing.

But first choice management is still working with them, I don t wonder why. $$$

Will be posting an article soon on several other blogs if the issues with our Whirlpool are not fully fixed by the end of today.

My building switched to them last month, couldn t be happier with the condition of my pool, I swim daily in it!

The worst contractors in aquatics by far . And their maintenance team awful as well. They canr manage a swimming pool and dont care about health and regulations. If an incident was going to happen at any pool it would be fatal for sure. They dont provide first aid kit and safety equipment to their lifeguards and all the pools are dirty and shouldnt be left open. If youre thinking of hiring contractors for your pool or maintenance please second guess yourself about this company . And also all the 5 stars reviews are the lifeguards who are basically forced to write good reviews for them . As i was forced to write one or i wouldve loat my job

Had a great experience working in maintenance at Superior. All the staff and managers are friendly and easy to get along with, and they did a good job training me for the work I was doing. The work can be physically demanding at times, but if you are willing to work hard, you can make good money!

Repaired our spa after our builder refused warranty at my condo. Did it at a very reasonable price and quickly. Will be recommending to the board to have them take over our maintenance as well.

Understaffed. Can only provide staff on some days for my condos pool. When they do it's only a pool attendant and not a lifeguard, so only a few people are permitted at a time in our large pool. While the employees that show up are nice, the problems seem to be at the managment level.

Great service. They do a great job at keeping the pool in my condo very clean. Definitely 5 stars.

I live at Applewood on the Park in Mississauga, our pool was closed by the Health dept. yesterday because there is no rope to separate the shallow and deep ends and also the depth is not painted near the stairs to the pool; also the heater was not working properly, maintenance man here now for the heater but no one has shown up to fix the rest, both Superior and our management office was advise July 8th that these things needed to be addressed; I am at a loss to understand this, the tenants who use the pool every day are very unhappy with this situation. FIX IT NOW!!!

These guys fixed the pool at my condo in Markham. The condo is very strict in the results they expect from contracted work. Superior Pool delivered on their promise. And I (as a user of the pool) got to use it with minimal downtime.

From my gatherings, this company does not know how to treat or manage their lifeguards.
They refuse to pay them the proper amount discussed, they yell and put them down on the phone when they ask for assistance/help in anyways as they were not properly trained and have asked multiple times in writing and the co pant will just refuse to answer the emails when asked for training.
Our buildings pool is never opened on time due to the equipment never being available or chemicals never being dropped off when asked before they are empty.
Shame on you

Had a bad experience here, poor management, will not be returning.

By far the worst swimming pool I have witnessed. went to my friends apartment last week for lunch and the kids wanted to go swimming. the pool was a mess. the bottom of the pool was covered with debris. Do you not clean these pools? I do not want my grandkids in these pools. the lifeguard told us that he has less than 1 hour to make sure the whole pool is clean and everything else is done before he can open it for swimming and this is the best he could do. this is extremely disappointing. why is the lifeguard rushing to clean the pool when hygiene should be priority. you need to provide better service and take better care of your staff.

Would not suggesting working here. The company often demanded me to work days which I had initially scheduled as unavailable, often messed up pay, and demanded that I write a positive review on Google to receive a reference that I worked at Superior!

we have 2 great lifeguards (kevin and TK ) at our pool at Guildford cres ,and would like to say thank you to your company ,we had issues in the past but are very happy with our life guards this year ! they are polite and always watch the pool closely ,please send them back next year !,keep up the great work guys !!!

Very poor service, company not able to maintain a pool/hot tub at a brand new condo building, keeps going out of service, techs show up and nothing is being done about it, no one has answers, lazy techs who do not show up on the weekend when they were supposed to, inconsiderate of the client, stay away from this firm.

Asked them for a quote to redo the indoor pool for us as wife wanted it renovated

Price was right and they did it in time and within budget

Be aware of this company- they will take forever to fix your pool and they are unreliable with their staffing.

This is truly sad. This company has so much potential. But is being held down by individuals that are either improperly trained. Or incompetent in their field. Management is very poor. And very unhelpful. Especially an individual named Nabil, from what I recall. Great person but truly should not have the position he has acquired. The way I have seen him treat employees is disturbing, as well as completely unprofessional. Employees have told me: " they never get paid on time, as well as pay is always wrong." He is not fit to be handling employees. He never comes to my building on time whenever there is an issue. Overall he may seem like an okay person to speak to but the more time passes the less and less you see or speak to him. Overall I believe this company has some some crucial internal issues that need to be addressed, before acquiring more building, and more employees.

Went for a swim in my buildings pool today for the first time in a few months. The walls of the building are not only disgusting with some sort of dark residue, the pool itself was extremely cold. I moved into my building because of the pool!! Would really like to see at least some effort put into maintaining our pool. This company does the bare minimum.

Superior pools manages my condo's recreation centre. On any given day, our hot tub is either so disgusting that i hesitate on using it or its broken and we dont have the option to use it. Gym is also unexpected. I can always expect something to be broken and NOT REPLACED FOR WEEKS AT A TIME. I dont even want to think about the outdoor pool. The classes offered by this company are always empty and the instructors are unreliable. One especial complaint I have is the girl they have at my condo for yoga classes. She is not reliable and cancels class all the time and is also really rude which is NOT the environment for yoga classes. Before you move into your condo, ask to see if this company has anything to do with your building. And if they do- forget about the recreation facilities.

Worked at superior pools for 4 summers, enjoyed every summer. Management is terrific, always helpful when it comes to adding more shifts or helping you find someone to cover your shift. If you apply early you always get an amazing location to work that is near you. They care a lot about their clients and trained us to be customer oriented, so I always made sure the residents had a great time and that the pool was always up to health and safety standards.

Awful contractor of swimming pools. Will be contacting my building's property manager. Does not hire and train their workers properly. The lifeguards don't know what they are doing, the pool is always dirty. The lifeguards often can't even open the pool because they don't have chemicals to treat the water with because no one delivered these chemicals the building pays for. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Nabil the manager told me to give superior a 5 star rating at the beginning of this season. He also told all the other lifeguards to give superior a 5 star rating also. They forced me to go to work when it was my day off. They never paid me over time when I worked over time. They have sent me to pools with no shade to stand under and no washroom for long shifts by myself. never paid me properly and deducted my pay if i was late by 1 minute and sometimes the pool doors are hard to open and it was not my fault. the pools are also really dirty. this company sucks. nabil is very unprofessional. i have met 1 guy who fixes stuff who was decent towards me. If you are a lifeguard, dont work for this company.
