I have financed home purchases and refinanced with Superior Mortgage several times. I always call around and check rates, and Eddy has consistently been best available. My last loan (which happened to have an appraisal waiver) took about 15 days start to finish. Overall super pleased with the services, communication, etc. FYI... I happen to do it almost all electronically (e-mails, online docs) , which for me makes it even easier.
