I basically had new furniture and really didn t want to go buy a whole new couch. I totally forgot about the warranty I had on my furniture! I went and the Montage company and I had an appointment with my technician in the matter of days! Everyone was awesome! From the sweet lady helping me file my claim to the technician who came to my house! Superb A team! Thank youuu so much!

Working with this company has been very easy. They explained each step of the process making it very easy to maneuver the process. If the store would have been as good to work with I would not have had to take a cash option.
I just filed for the cash option. Hopefully, it won't take forever to get the check.
I would buy a warranty from this company again and recommend it.

Was extremely difficult to get ahold of and my original claim was lost when they did a technology upgrade. The website did not accurately show my claims status (it did not show it at all). The manufacturer who produced my piece went out of business in Sept 2018. I filed the claim in February 2020. Montage had all the documentation on the pieces and should of been knowledgeable at the onset of initiation of the claim they were no longer in business and I should of been provided that information early in the claim process. Instead I had to wait several months, with me doing all follow up to get a resolution to the claim. When I was finally moved over to settlement, the woman was very prompt and helpful. Her quick response and attention to detail is the only reason this review is getting any stars.

Do not get a warranty from this company!!! Submitted everything over 3 months ago haven't heard anything! They don't answer the phone. I've been on hold multiple times for over 45 mins. I recommend not holding a place in line either. They call back and put you on hold for 20 minutes and it just hangs up. I want my couch fixed.

I bought a $600 furniture warrenty with montage furniture servies plan # OAPCDR26481133X for a fruniture I bought from ashley and that WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I filed a claim with a very obvious problems with the furniture and for 3 weeks I didin't hear anything, I called them and I stayed on the phone for more than an hour and the rep finaly answer with a very rode attitude that the claim was deneid. The reason given that this leaser cuts and wood fallen from the back of the sofa is normal tear and wear and its not covered and I didin't report the problems right away!!!!. That is not what I was told when I bought the furniture and if this is the case what is the point of purchasing $600 worth of insurance for the furniture! Don't buy this services and stay away from this company!

Three years ago, I bought an insurance policy with your company when I bought my new sectional. I never thought that after all those years, I would get full purchase price back for the sectional. This company was very prompt sending out a team to take pictures and looking at the damage. It took a little longer then I would have expected because of the pandemic but I received a call back informing me that I was given full cash credit for the sectional. I went back to Blockers where I picked out a new living room suite and was given full credit for my new furniture. I am insuring my new furniture. It is truly the best money ever spent. Thank you!

The phone line was busy but I was offered the option to have someone call me back and they did call me. They were very helpful. One person's name was Lisa and they other was David. Lisa walked me through the procedure to file a claim and David alerted me to when the repair person would be coming to repair the chair. Both of them made sure I understood the process and were very reassuring. I received emails as things progressed.
I had bought the chair for my elderly mother and paid extra for possible repair at the time of purchase. I live 2 and a half hours from my mother and was trying to make these arrangements for repair from long distance. All went as planned and the chair was repaired and Mom is happy. I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks alot.

Purchased this sofa back in September. Put a claim in in November after frame broke. Finally got a technician out in December and this is what it looks like now. They want to keep trying to fix what was a poor design to begin with rather than replace or just do right by the warranty agreement. I am posting this because I am tired and I do not believe my concerns and complaints are being heard.
