Have been a customer for many years and it never ceases to amaze me the level of support I get in times of need. Just recently I had a private server go down (not even one they are responsible for) and after reaching out to them they had it fixed the next day for me to get me back online! This sort of customer service is practically unheard of in this day and age. I am happy to find a company that treats its customers so well and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing assistance or support with their IT needs!
