Rude and unfriendly customer service. We were going to send a considerable amount of business over to them, however, after our experience over the phone we will no longer be doing so.

Jim and his crew are quite simply the best. They are fast, courteous, and the quality is perfect 100% of the time. While they are a small company, they place high importance on professional methods and processes usually found only at much larger companies. If you walk through their front door, you'll see a small, friendly family company; but if you only deal with them only via email, you'd swear you were dealing with a highly polished Fortune 500 company. It's the best of both worlds. My company deals with hundreds of vendors all around the world, but Jim and Superior are our favorites.

The name is correct. Superior produces quality work..... Most importantly ON TIME. Plus they print on anything. If you are looking, stop here.

Jim and the team are top notch. The price/quality ratio is great. They are fast when you need them and very flexible. I like their process -- 1) send artwork and deliver product 2) they send a proof and approval for printing 3) get your product back. Simple and professional.
