Why is no one ever answering the phones? I can not get through. I sent something to the clerk's records office over a month ago, and I have not heard anything. It is kind of frustrating because you can not reach anyone to know the status. I just want to know if anyone is really processing the records request.

My experience is one of gratitude for having excellent Judicial officers, wonderful colleagues and great Administration. We are the third biggest county in California. Our county has served as an example for others to follow. We have an excellent website.

Still under construction and hasn't officially opened yet. The exterior look is an improvement over the existing buildings. Hopefully will function as intended and also not cause any traffic issues. Some controversy swirling about this place, regarding the costs. Hope it's worth it in the long run.

I was on hold for two hours trying to talk to someone here. This is unacceptable public facility. If the judicial system is supposed to be part of our democracy, why can't I get anyone on the phone when I have a problem? This is why America is LOSING. Trash service. Trash courthouse.

This is only a review of their online and remote presence.

I give it zero stars, google did not let me use zero, their website is confusing, their court clerks impossible to reach by phone, chat, or email. My adoption case had it's time altered (I got a letter) and I could not reach anyone at the court about it, or about the covid restrictions, or about how to do remote appearances (needed because of the covid restrictions). To straighten it out I will need to stop by in person I bet.

I am sure their 20th century operations are reasonable, but it seems that their 21st century operations are stuck in the 19th century.

If it were only possible to give -1 star ratings.....

If it were only possible to give -1 star ratings...
The perfect storm of indifference, incompetence, inaccessibility and lack of usefulness and that was BEFORE the pandemic. Compound that with not being able to go in person and then NEVER being able to reach anybody by phone, navigating long, horrible phone menus only to be hung up on...

Can't think of a more useless and incompetent agency that also unfortunately holds so much sway over people's lives and wrecks families through incompetence.

Be prepared to show up only to watch judges who are supposed to be familiar with your case obviously scanning your file. The awful bonus is that you have to pay handsomely for this indifference and lack of preparedness.

And in 80+ calls trying to contact the court by phone over the past 5 days, I have NEVER ONCE been able to reach an actual person or to leave a voicemail. Instead, if you wade through their phone menus, it takes 5+ minutes and then you will get a message that nobody is available and then an automatic hangup...
