Bad bad. I do not recall the judge name, but I have no problems with the judgements. However, the judge was forcing me either choose to speak in English or Chinese. I choose to have interpreter to speak in Chinese instead. I lost the case because of my poor communication, and I feel my lawyer did not do good. I COULD NOT GET A CHANCE TO speak up my stories fully because of this one sided story judge. The truth was hidden, and my staus and life got ruined with a restraining order. I cried.

San Francisco, what a giant cesspool of human garbage. I had to step over JUNKIES HOMLESS BEGGARS FECES AND TRASH. I will NEVER come back to SF it's not worth it. I was ACTUALLY hit with a stun gun on the train from the airport to my hotel, and THEN walked out into the scariest area that was supposed to be a nice area, surrounded by 20-30 junkies. Thanks for the warning SF no where that I have been have I not seen a problem or been asked for something money-cigaretts ect. but this place takes the cake, the walk over was a nightmare
The San Francisco Superior court is a hotbed of corruption. Don't believe their Public Relations about 'access to justice.' It's a crime syndicate. If you move to SF, you risk losing all you own.
very disappointed about how the department handled this case, Judge James Robertson treated me unfairly, he is misconduct and corrupted, he may took money from the defendant, very unprofessional. He abuse the power provided by people. I know this letter may not get respond as the department may favor this judge. But as a citizen, it s my responsibility to expose this judicial loophole and corruption, we need the department can handle the cases fairly, equitable and non-discriminatory. I found that judge James Robertson did not look the evidences and believed defendant s lies, very cunning Chinese. Judge should send defendant to jail for being lying. My photos shows very clearly about both car s damages, defendant s car cross into my lane hit my car when I was waiting for pedestrian to cross the street. This is just a very simply accident, I would not file a law sue if I cause an accident, this is very unscrupulous, defendant called and threatening will countersue if I don t withdraw, they make up all these lies and the judge favor them without look into my evidence, he is misconduct and not capable to judge the case fairly, you can not help them just because they are elder, this judge is so obviously helping them, he allowed the defendant s friend do the talking the whole time, defendant did not said a word in court, interpreter should only do the translation not defender. This judge frame me making wide right turn which is ridiculous, I have very good driving record, and not to mention that I am a professional Class A driver, I drive for a living. The defendant make up all these lies saying that I was hitting her when I make a right turn, saying that I make a wide right turn. I was the third car in the right lane waiting for green light, front two car turned right when permitted, I follow and stopped and wait for pedestrian to cross the street, green light on now, I can turn right before the pedestrian but I chose to stop and yield, this pedestrian saw it happen and can be my witness, but I could not get info because need to chase the defendant as she flee from the scene. Here is the details on the accident: I was waiting the pedestrian to cross the street on right lane, defendant cross to my lane hit my left side fender and bumper(picture#1 shows that the accident is on my lane), my car s damages toward forward(picture#2 shows that damages toward forward). Defendant's damages toward backward(picture#3 shows damages toward backward), and it s not by door handle, it s from front fender toward back to the back door, Statement of Decision shows that this judge did not really care about my evidences, I am at fault no matter what. Defendant's front fender touching their passenger s door(picture#4 shows), the fender will not touching their door if I hit them, it will toward forward, and my front bumper will toward backward. This is very simple evidences that everyone will know who is at fault, just look at the scratches direction, very easy to find the liar. How can Judge James Robertson not know about this? Isn t him helping defendant so obviously? Very unprofessional and misconduct.
Terrible judge never heard my case. I'm trying to have a case overturned where I'm innocent. The judge is Tani Cantil Sakauye appointed by Arnold Swarzenegger. These people work hard only to be lazy.
I can only say that the work efficiency is very slow. I don't know what the people inside do? It took me almost a year for a very ordinary divorce, and it didn't work out yet! A very bad court. In a word, this court is rubbish, a waste of our taxpayers' time and money.
