Supercell is the creator who made some of the best games on Mobile (Clash of Clans, Hay Day, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars). Being a great player of Clash of Clans, in recent years I have encountered some minor problems (bugs and glitches), some solved immediately, others still existing now (unfortunately) for example a bug never solved is that of the troops donated to the clan castle. Sometimes they don't arrive and you are forced to attack without troops. If it suits you, they arrive after an attack or they just don't arrive. Another problem is the improvement times, which are too long in my opinion (for example, it takes about 1 and a half years to play a max12 if you play constantly).

This company has terrible customer service! They won't help you troubleshoot any issues you have with the game. They ignore your concerns. Ive been a loyal customer for over a year now and spent hundreds of dollars. They treat me like crap. I am trying to change my email so i can switch my account for clash of clans over to another phone and they won't help me. Ive provided bank records to prove I'm the sole owner and they continue to deny me. These people aren't worth your time or money.
