Management was rude & disrespectful. Tower Machining supervisor was an A******!

Loved working here under new management, very fast paced work.

Bunch of unprofessional people not knowing where they work and what they are doing. Not answering the calls, ZERO communication, came to the pickup when the facility was open and nobody was on site to load, walked thru the whole plant, knocked every each door, tried to get in touch with somebody but had no luck and left the pickup after 2 hrs of waiting. The Broker ( Taylor Murphy from Tortorigi Transport) did make sure that we are on site for loading. Did sent the location where I was sitting on site and the ELD proof for 2 hrs of wait time trying to get the TONU and 2 mounts after we got an answer from Lia O Connor (operations manager at the plant) that ELD is "not a good enough" proof that we were there and rejecting our TONU request. Again nobody was even able to pickup a phone when I called. If I could I`d putted zero star on them.

Worked in the Tower Machining area. Management was horrible, unprofessional, & disrespectful towards employees. PPE wasn't even provided. Work felt unsafe everyday. Pay was below average. Hard work wasn't recognized. Work got extremely slow. So glad I'm out of there. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
