I came out of my house to move my truck. And found out that one of you guys driver backed up to my semi. They didn't even leave me space whatsoever. This is just so stupid and an professional.

This company is joke, they send rate confirmation with wrong hours, i got a 3pm at the shipper my appt was for 4 according to broker and find out i am late 2hrs. Dont do any business with them completely unprofessional.

Driving on i80 in IN today and get behind one of yalls trucks and every time I went to pass him he speed up. When I would slide behind him he would slow down. Very unprofessional and yes I am a OTR truck driver myself. Please be aware that there are common courtesy rules out on the road. The driver is in one of the photos on the main page. majority of trucking companies do is use people super service need to update their equipment as dispatcher and owners all need to stop lying OTR 70hrs a week away from your family not eating right sleeping right driving trucks not safe for the road making 400, 500, a week McDonald's pay more with 30hrs overtime they lie about getting you home if you don't agree with getting screwed they lie on you to try to ruin your life why you sit sucking exhaust fumes they sit half paying in their king size bed every night laughing about their filthy little ways I been in trucking 13 years drove with a few companies I know my job and that is not to kiss UP to a bunch of crooks thanks to all DOT for understanding DOT in all states for understanding and giving truckers the knowledge of the rules and regulations with out all of you truck drivers would suffer severely and for small companies owners stay at it it's enough freight for everyone remember it's some that don't have compassion for humanity

posted a load 44000 never mentioned it will be 45200 the Our top weight is 4400 because of the refer unit shipper refused to cut weight (Niagara Bottling, Gahanna, OH) impossible to get in touch with broker did not pick up or emailed finally got someone on the phone and all they sad we can arrange for them to unload you. nice a whole day wasted

Clean, pets allowed inside the back lounge, gym as well as a nice drivers lounge with 2 tvs that is also clean ! They have the best mechanics here too! Especially over the other 3 terminals !

Only bad thing is the bathrooms need a severe update ! Woman's restroom is a poor excuse for a bathroom and the shower is always filthy and worn down and needs a remodel as of like several years ago lol! My husband said the men's is not much better !

Nice facility. Shower can be a little dirty. One dryer doesn't work well. Everything else is good. Great wifi access. Nice drivers lounge and very nice couched to sleep on when truck is is shop.

Sent rate con - delivery 1600 on Wed. Without any notifications changed- I found out at receiver-to 2:30 PM next day. Didn't pay lay over for lost day, never answered emails or calls.

The wort company they give us load and they toke back 200$ with out our promotion when we deliver their load same day please carful this company they lier what ever they told you please the broker lies a lot and they toke money back my driver when we call they said we do this all the time I wish this company they out the business

Great trucking company to start with P3 pay increase every month decent miles loads will pay detention breakdown layover pay dm awesome treat you like family here know you by name not a truck number. Only down side smaller company equipment older not the greatest overall would recommend new truckers

We book the load FL-AL 450$ and we update the broker about late delivery...
We arrived at drop after noon and we delivered load after noon .... and your company block my company?
Why you charge 200$ for late delivery?
I was updating you in the morrning about late drop App was 8am Driver unloaded at 3pm I informed you on eta and your company said ok. We were late 6h to drop and you charged 200$ / 6h = 34$ per 1h? are you sure???
And you charge - 200$ ????
FL-AL load price 450$ - 200 = 250$ ???
Do you have your manager email? This broker does not comunicate whith me... need explanation on this ?

Booked load 3190300, was loaded 45k#, scaled at nearest CAT en route to Receiver (40 miles non-interstate), 1,000# over on Drive Axle tandems forward, told to return to shipper to get reworked. Will not pay me for the extra 80 loaded miles to get reworked because of loading error.
80 extra miles with 45k# is significant when the original trip is only 150. Any Supervisor can feel free to call me and correct this issue with an updated rate con. my phone # is attached to the load # I'm sure. We can also talk about the rudeness of the broker or maybe that call was recorded this morning (11/29/18) around 7:36 am cst and you can listen for yourself

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CHASE FOR YOUR PAYMENT. Did a load with them over 3 month ago. talked to L i n @ super service, she told me I"m causing problems all the time, not sure why you keep asking for the payment when we paid you...... I asked for the address where the check was mailed and she never did... she said we paid you for 3 loads why you asking only for one load.
I"m asking for one load because we did one load only, thats why I'm asking for one load and I have a feeling that check was mailed to somebody else.... she gave me my address(probably read it from my invoice and not the check, later she send me message saying we never did load for them.
I'm trying to get hold of broker or accounting and no body knows nothing, they all transfer me do D a i l Dusty, he never replied my email or call
Today I spoke to more then 5 people and no good answer on my question, just going circles
One lady yesterday told me that we did a load for them with the different load number, but why then I never get that different rate confirmation. My rate confirmation showing my MC number and My name on it
so messed up, not sure How will I get paid for it, so unprofessional

As insider who dealt with them previously, we can say THEY SUCK! You wouldn't believe vile experience and total carelessness for customer freight we have encountered while hauling for them. RUN AWAY DO NOT EVEN THINK OF AWARDING YOUR LOADS TO THEM.

Booking probably 5th load with them and there are always issues: they will sell you one stop delivery, then after hours will start tracking saying its two stopper, meaning they knew initially its a 2 stopper.... just to get you on the hook, never got paid TONU on the past, never got layover for getting stuck on unscheduled delivery. Bad company, bad management, wrong attitude towards carriers while being a carrier itself

Treated me varry well got there for orientation and lost my license they fed me while things were getting fixed with the bus and payed for everything

If I could negative rate these crooks I would...DAM was a total b**** and after a month my last paycheck was taken due to the thieves they claim not to be... don't ever work for these losers, they were bankrupt for a reason and now steal ever penny owed to their drivers...work=ripped off.

This company is a joke. Bunch of thrives. Very low rates for their loads.
