Super Jock n'Jill consistently has great service from the moment you walk in the door. They do not try to "sell" you anything. They analyze your run-gait and look for the right fit for you. They have outfitted me for years and Every product I've been extremely happy with. They are staffed by experienced runners. They even have a PT on staff! This local store is a treasure. I send all my friends there. Check them out when you need something for running. They will also take good care of you if something doesn't quite fit or work out down the road!

This is a fantastic place to buy running shoes. They have a great selection, and they really work with you to find the best shoes for you. You get to test each shoe out on the hill outside the store. Every employee that s helped me here really knows their stuff too.

The staff here spent half an hour finding the right shoe for me, they watched my gate and found the best pair of shoes for me.

Top notch running store. Last time I went there, I talked with a staff-member for a long time and he fit me into some Brooks that I love. I tried some Hokas too. The neat thing is that you can go run outside to test out the shoes. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and avid runners themselves.

The set me up with the right shoe and so far all my knee issues from over pronation went away! They're awesome and very helpful.

I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis and inflammation of my Achilles tendons. I went in a was immediately greeted and offered assistance. After trying multiple shoes I was matched with a great pair of hoka shoes and inserts. I could definitely feel the difference after just wearing them for 1 day. I will definitely be returning for my next pair.

Super helpful staff, and they really stand behind their products! My teenager bought a pair of Brooks running shoes. The upper started to show wear within the first two weeks and were shredded after 6 weeks of moderate wear. I knew it wasn't anything he'd been doing since he was only running and walking in the shoes. The manager, Ty, immediately offered to replace the shoes, even though it has been over 2 months at that point. We bought another pair of Brooks in the meantime that held up much better, so it might have been an isolated incident. I don't want to malign Brooks shoes. The cushioning, stability, and ride is fantastic. I appreciate that both Super Jock 'n Jill stood behind their products.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They offer great warranty

They were really helpful and knowledgeable. They even price match so I was able to buy the shoes for the best price and not have to buy them online. Big plus!! This saved me $30! Not much parking in the area but we parked at PCC so we could get free parking.

The salespeople here know their stuff. I told the salesperson what I needed in a running shoe, and in a couple of minutes she brought out two pairs that were good. I asked if there was a shoe that would have the same cushioning but more pronation, and she immediately brought out a pair that had all the characteristics I needed. Excellent, friendly service!

Chris was awesome. Super chill, helpful and knowledgeable on the three pair of shoes I tried on. I settled on my first pair of Hokas and couldn t be happier. Great store, awesome selection and friendly people.

So helpful and informative. Having a one-on-one with a knowledgeable staff member was so great, and there's no stigma against trying on ALL THE SHOES. I love being able to test them on the hill outside, it helped to catch issues I never would have otherwise. Return policy is awesome too, I will be coming back when I kill this pair of shoes! (Helps to come in with some idea of drop, cushioning, support etc. That you want, but by no means necessary!)

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Very helpful getting fitted for new shoes. I love that they let you try them out outside rather than just on the carpet or treadmills.

Fantastic service. I walked in expecting to try on two pairs of shoes that I'd read about on the internet. Instead, the sales staff looked at the way I walked and jogged, figured out what kind of shoes I needed, and quickly and efficiently let me try on eight pairs. Better still I took a lap around the block in each to really get a feel for the shoes. I've never felt like I'd made such an informed choice about running shoes.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and all around great.

Just getting into running, but live and love a competitive runner. She took me into Super Jock and Jill and Daniel quickly had me in the right pair of shoes. I was allowed to run outside in several pairs of shoes until the right one was found. Even the return policy is great.

In the era of buying so much online, I appreciate a place where I can go to shop from a large selection of shoes. Plus they are all very knowledgeable so you get that. If you are a runner, you should check this place out.

Possibly the best service I have ever gotten anywhere. They worked with my medical condition, preferences, and intended activities. I'm glad they trust me enough to let me walk out the door and walk around outside to try them on. They say they're quite liberal with returns but I never had to go there, because they set me up nicely to start!

I have a gift card for this place, went online to see what they have. Not much of a selection, no way to search by shoe size or anything like that, no way to actually order any of the items online it just says to call them. Weird. They can definitely use a square space subscription or something to get some online presence but I can t vouch for the store itself yet.

Super Jock 'n Jill is an incredible shoe store! Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in helping customers pick out new shoes. As a physical therapist, it is great to know that everyone in the store understands foot biomechanics and how shoes may alter how the foot and rest of the body moves. I highly recommend this shoe store!

I have been walking half-marathons for a few years. Have been fitted several times. I walked in, with an idea of exactly what I wanted. However, Ty still insisted on properly fitting my feet. After nearly a dozen different shoes, we found the ideal fit. Truth be told, it was the model and size I thought. The customer service is incredible. I will continue to be a very loyal customer.

They have a great selection of shoes here for runners, and keep alot of staff on hand to help you find the right shoe for you. Even though it was busy when we walked in we were helped immediately and were given personalized service to find the right shoe for me.

They're so helpful. They even encourage taking the shoes for a spin! I couldn't have run a marathon without them.

My wife had such a good experience here. She told me how she had been helped by someone who was actually very knowledgable about the products they sell. She was so impressed, she brought me in. Chris was awesome. I've been buying shoes for decades, but I've been doing it wrong. Chris talked to me about all the things we never think about; lower back pain, hip movement, etc. I admit, until now, I've let my eyes do most of the shopping when it comes to shoes. After working with Chris, who helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my exact needs, my wife and I will definitely be going back the next time we need grest shoes and stellar service.

Everyone here is really well trained and friendly. I've known Robert for years and he's my favorite! Just got these bad boys today!
