Employees park in handicapped spaces at the bank. Thus inconsiderate employees. Furthermore when called they didn't seem to care

This company is growing a lot. Interview process is straight forward for new hires. Its done either one on one with recruiter or in a large group with more than one supervisor. Expectations are covered and the receptionist calls you the same day if you were hired. Need your own car to get to the job sites as well as hand tools. 5 different divisions to work in. A lot of free education and training. Just getting starting but so far so good. Glad to be a part of the team!

My husband works at Suntec and he loves his job very much, he is there at all times whenever needed and he's always happy and willing to... The job site side of things is great, pay and benefits too. On the other hand, we recently had to request the help from the office staff, we were buying our first home, and the bank needed employment verification, they reached out to Shelly whom is the office manager, but despite the multiple calls, emails and my husband going to the office in person, Shelly failed to provide simple information, and since this went on for over 4 weeks, we ended up losing our earnest money... Finally the owners had to be involved so we were able to get the info, because Shelly always said she would help us , but never actually followed through. It's a shame that the owners had to come and do her job, but thanks to them we were able to buy our first home.

Couldn't get in the building for an interview after I had been given false information by the receptionist

I ve worked for Suntec for what s going on 5 years and I have to say this is the most secure and well organized company I ve worked for. The office staff are courteous professional and focused! The guys in the field are gritty hardcore construction workers so don t apply if you re afraid of getting your feelings hurt or floating by to get a paycheck. We work hard because hard work pays! The yard is VERY organized. The owners want to build you up. They want to meet you and get to know you. They want to get you where you want to be, all you have to do is know what you want and work for it. Suntec is more than a job for me. It s a family and these people are my brother and sisters. I ll stay with Suntec as long as they will have me.

My name is Al Johnson. My excavating company, Johnson Group, Inc., is proud to have been a sub contractor for Suntec Concrete for over 27 years. During this time we developed a great working relationship. Everyone on the Suntec roster has always been professional and easy to work with. A little over a year ago I was offered to sign on with Suntec as a full time employee at their Utah expansion. It s been a great experience working for such a successful and progressive company. Now, going on my second year of employment, it is a great honor for me to be part of the Suntec Team!

I came into this company green with little experience. They take safety and training seriously. If your are the willing and work hard the benefits will reap! Great company and benefits. The owners are very hands on as well. You rarely see that with other companies. Glad I made the choice.

My husband works at Suntec, his pay and benefits are good, but it would be even better if they could get someone at their office that knew what they were doing, my husband went to the office to change his amount of dependants and no one was able to help him, and forget calling the office number, they either don't know nothinggg, or the person that does is in a meeting... supposedly, or they just up and hang up on you. That Nancy person has no people skills.

The opportunities at this company are amazing as long as you willing to work hard for it. You truly get what you put into this company. If hard work and positivity is not you, then this company is NOT for you. I thank God for the opportunities that have been given to me in this company! God Bless
