Sunrise Equestrian Center Review

My daughter takes lessons there and Dawn is an awesome trainer.. I'm very glad that I found this place 5 years ago. Now we own a horse, and he couldn't be in better hands.

Just to clear things up. We have never had an L. Scott at this barn. Clearly they have us confused with another establishment. We would love for you to come visit with us at any time. I will gladly show you around. Clean barn, family atmosphere, healthy horses and happy lesson kids!!

I ve been riding here for just about 8 years. The owners are great and the horses are always happy and healthy. Defiantly recommend for lessons, boarding, and summer camps!

I am the owner of Sunrise Equestrian Center. I would advice anyone looking for a place to board or take lesson to visit Sunrise equestrian Centers face book page. I would also advice anyone looking for boarding or lesson to go to as many barns as you can. Watch a couple of lesson, walk the barn and visit with other students or boarders. I look back in our records and found L. Scott she boarded with us a few years left our barn begged to come back after a few months and then after 6 or 7 months left again. Her horse was huge draft horse that was a very hard keeper. broke fence post down, kicked holes in stall doors just to name a few bad traits. We at Sunrise have a policy not to discuss other boarders or lesson students. however we can not control what the other folks talk about and some people just are not a good fit. In this case it was the first and only time that almost all of the boarders claimed about a boarder. Anyway All of our horses go out each day weather permitting. Our barn is cleaned daily, our horses are well feed and cared for. we have been at this location since 1997 and we have had about five people that have left Sunrise unhappy. So like I said I advice that you go and take look at more than one barn for yourself before deciding where to put horse or where to take lesson. Dawn is Amazing! She is so sweet, patient and an excellent teacher.

This place is a dump and the trainer is crazy. Also there is cat pee everywhere.

Everyone is incredibly nice, including the lesson kids. And I enjoy every day I get to spend with them!

My kiddos just took their first ever horse riding lesson here today. It was fabulous. They really enjoyed and begged me to have them enrolled regularly. Ms. Dawn and another little girl (sorry didn t catch her name) were so patient and professional. If you re looking for fancy stable, this is not one. But hey, what s more important than the kids actually having fun and feeling comfortable as beginners. Highly recommended!
