Great company and so far so great. No issues. They were honest about the cost and the process. They took time to answer all of my questions. Also, each part of the process, some one from the company contacted me and made sure I understood the process. If not, they would explain it. I would recommend this company to anyone out there.
We have been very happy with the process and the results. Waiting for our first mid-American bill so we can see the results. Still learning what all the numbers are telling us, but it is super cool.

I have a loan with Sunlight financial which funded the Power home solar that was installed at my house. The promise is payments are not due for first 60 days. So when making an early payment to pay down the principle, Sunlight financial took interest payment out of the amount of principle put down regardless of when the payments are due. They are unwilling to work with me on this issue as during this no payment period I wanted to make payments only on principle amount.
I do not recommend this financial institute! beware!

I was connected to Sunlight Financial through Tesla Solar roof. I wanted to finance my roof and Tesla recommended Sunlight. The process was completely hassle free. Sunlight was on top of everything and made sure I was completely happy and totally understood what was happening at every event. I have had a lot of financial company dealings in the past and I can honestly say Sunlight was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Sunlight for helping to make my life better with a solar roof from Tesla.
Took a little over 7 months to complete the installation. Spoke to multiple people during this time to try to check on the progress. Communication was definitely not a big deal for them, as I would have to constantly be calling to check if inspectors would be showing up at my door or if some worker would be needing access to the back yard. I have communicated to them that per the city of phx inspector there should be no cords touching the roof as its a fire hazard....after 1 month cords are still there. Had to take multiple days off of work to be at home for inspections which were then rescheduled because installation was not properly completed. Not sure that I would recommend to others, as the entire process was pretty stressful
Putting on a new roof and went with Sunlight for financing. The application was unique as it asked questions only I knew the correct answers. Some went many years back. I felt it was rather thorough to confirm it was actually me ! It did not take long to apply. I was approved in the most minimal time and right away the installation for my new roof was being scheduled and completed. The whole process was completed very quickly!!!
The worker s themselves were great! They were friendly and got the job done as quickly as they could in spite of a couple of things out of their control. The manager even paid us a visit to make sure everything was going smoothly.

I received my solar panels two months ago and got hooked up to the electric company a week ago. My first payment to sunlight financial is due in a month. Therefore I haven't experienced enough from sunlight financial to accurately rate them. I will update when I have further information.
