I have owned a Marquis Hot Tub for about three yea...

I have owned a Marquis Hot Tub for about three years. I purchased it at the Camarillo store where Eric and Dustin have been taking good care of me ever since. Beside being professional and peasant to work with, their customer service department is outstanding! I have experienced a few minor problems over the years and they rose to the occasion passing all my expectations. I look forward to many more years of enjoying my SPA knowing that any further issues will be handled in like manner. I totally recommend this product, store, and staff.

Worst customer serice experience possible. no accountability, no follow-up, nothing but blaming the customer for their technicians mistakes. What a shame, I would have recommended this spa to anyone, until today . now all I can say is BUYER BEWARE buying a spa from this store will not have any customer service follow up what so ever. this spa may have a good warranty, but if you can't get any type of customer service the warranty is worthless

If you are looking for a hot tub look no further. I bought the Epic spa from Eric and it was a pleasant, no pressure sales experience. From installation to after sales support Marquis does a great job. Quality product and quality after sales support.

My wife wanted a hot tub, and after hours research...

My wife wanted a hot tub, and after hours research and looking at all the distributors in our area we decided Marquis Hot Tubs, based on their features and after purchase reviews. My neighbor also had one and highly recommended them. Our salesman Dustin was knowledgable and friendly. We were not sure we could get it in our backyard and Phillip came out to measure beforehand, and after it was installed to check it out to make sure everything was running fine. Spa was ordered and delivered with no drama and was perfect. The delivery team was amazing! It was our first spa, and took a bit to figure out the water maintenance proceedures but Dustin, Phillip and Eric were there for us helped us along the way.

I highly recommend Marquis Hot Tubs in Camarillo based their products, support, knowledge, professionalism, and service.

My wife and I purchased a spa from Eric at Marquis Hot Tubs in Camarillo. I must say his knowledge of the equipment and sincere care for what we were looking for was great. He offered some extra parts like the easy lift top (must have item), chemicals and a step at no extra charge. The floor model had a side shelf which my wife thought was a cool idea. Eric went to great detail talking up the costs was over $300 bucks but said he would include it as well (According to my wife).

BUYERS BEWARE! Here is my issue with his customer service. We accepted the offer of no money down and 12 month no interest, thought that would make it easy and painless. Not at all, we have great credit and had to jump through major hoops with their banking etc for a 12 k purchase (not worth the headache). Eric made all kinds of apologies with his new banking service. I can only imagine what they would do if you have less than stellar credit.

Okay, so far so good, then the calls start to come in. First after set-up from Eric, calls to check in with us (something he obviously takes pride in) your basic how's it going type bs call. Then the shelf shows up a day later and it's a couple feet to long. The installer had no idea how to install it and had to make several phones calls to come back around that its to long. I told him that my wife could use it, "as-is". Then the installer asks for $100.00 for the shelf. We told him it was included with our purchase.

Over the next few weeks, I receive calls from Eric's helper that he needed me to come in and discuss the shelf issue? Issue, really, we have an issue? I did stop by and told the guy that it was included with our purchase and to inform Eric. A few days later, I receive a call from Eric stating it must be returned or pay $100 bucks because it on his inventory. We are fighting over a piece of plastic, really. I informed him that I have already referred three other clients of mine his way and that I could send man, many more over time. Actually, if you go there to his shop they have a huge pool type spa that I have a client interested in purchasing.

Summary, Eric has insisted that we pay $100 bucks or to bring his shelf back. I informed him that he can come pick-up the shelf from my home because I am not wasting anymore time with this (Other than writing him this review).

In closing; Over a $100 dollar shelf, I wrote this review and have told all of my family & friends, including current clients of this situation.

We purchased a Marquis Hot Tub two months ago from Dustin in Camarillo. We were impressed with the quality of the quality of the hot tubs that were on display, with the solid reputation of the company and the customer service that others had reported. Dustin was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We are very happy that we purchased the Marquis over the other brands. We use it daily and we find it fits our needs perfectly!

Eric & Dustin are great! We bought a Hollywood spa Aug 2017 and they offer the best service. We buy spa maintenance products regularly and they continue to provide friendly and knowledgable service. If you are in the market to buy a spa, or need products, you need to stop by and see them.

I purchased a spa back in December. Over this past weekend, I blew one of the valve controls off of the tub. I went in to the store and they knew exactly what I was talking about and offered to send someone out to fix it free of charge. That kind of support is what I appreciate. You really can't ask for much more than that.

I went to Marquis and bought the Marquis Signature...

I went to Marquis and bought the Marquis Signature Spirit a few months ago. I was helped by Dustin and honestly you couldn't get better customer service anywhere. He had a well informed and detailed answer to every question and concern I had and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. I love the whirlpool function on my hot tub, the jets feel amazing. Its perfect and plugs right into wall socket at my condo. I went to two other dealers and this one was the only one that gave me exactly what I needed and the warranty I was looking for. The support service since has been excellent.
