My daughter died at this snake pit 3 years ago. Her autopsy revealed she died of a toxic combination of drugs prescribed by the Dr. caring for her.

Laughing Lou Ann, trustworthy theresa, Claudine, Roseline,Betty, Florence, Maria, Gloria, and definitely not last lustrous Luara Thank you suncrest. Thank you for everything. Clean rooms daily. Caring and loving nurses. Staff that are friendly. Not once did any of the nurses that tended to me complain. They went above and beyond.

People may think this place isn't good or doesnt meet their standards. That's completely fine, choose another facility. For the part of the community that can't be accepted at a Brookdale or a Wellsprings because of their insurance. Thank you Suncrest for both every thing you do.

Very good place. I've loved here a year & even my family has seen the difference in how I am since I've been here. I now have leg braces & started walking for the first time in my life

Bad place to put a love one in their care. Doctor would not seek out other medical help. Nurse staff could not contact family members if person is asking for you. Nurse staff does not care enough for patients and their needs. Ask the patients how they like living here. Not a good place at all.

i bought the parts to protect my kids and this place saved me hundreds of bucks

As a former CLIENT, I honestly feel that the administration is extremely negligent when it comes to even the most basic needs of the clients etc.
I would and could not even fathom sending ANY loved one OR even worst enemy to such a cesspool of a facility.
PLEASE, if u really love someone, search for ANYWHERE else!!

Love it here. Staff is great, very nice and friendly. The food is great and I am a patient here, I will be here for at least 6 weeks. Before arriving I checked the reviews and was very apprehensive, however I was surprised to find that this place Exceeded all my expectations.

I visited my friend there often. This is the place that will not negatively judge people and refuse to accept them . They work miracles with people came in looking pretty rough.The atmosphere is usually fun with the people visiting on a patio chilling out smoking a cigarette and having a pop . food is good . workers care . many of people said that they chose to come back when they had to go after some surgery . one guy was cranky and complained about everything ..my friend told me a group of the people who live there can't be pleased by the way they talk about the place. But ever time they go to hospital they choose it again and can change places anytime. His roomie complains but ever time he has a hospital stay he refuses to consider anywhere else. Funny bunch there . if I needed to stay I would feel comfortable there ..i though it was
An uppity person who wants the Taj Mahal probably wouldn't be a good fit ..for regular people .. Its a nice place. People living there have a good sense of humor. Staff down to earth and you can tell they like the people who live there

As a current Staff member who has worked here for 10 years, this facility has come a long way. Our facility is unique in the sense that we take everyone, no matter their background. No place is perfect but we strive as a team to make our residents happy. Unfortunately as you see with the reviews you can't make everyone happy. Out of the few bad reviews you see here we have 2x more people who are happy with our services and ask to come back whenever they need our services again. If you believe in the saying, "don't judge a book by its cover", this facility would be one of those "books".
